The apartment is impeccable. It's as pictured in the ad. It was all spotless, clean and with attention details (some kitchen and bathroom items) that these apartments don't usually have. Adriana is extremely friendly and responds very quickly.

Really the place is a 10, Alejandro and his wife are always attentive to concerns and totally resolute. Surely when I come back to tip of the east, it will be with them, by the dpto, their comforts, their location and the service. Thank you!!!

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is wonderful, extremely comfortable (we were 3 adults) and decorated with exquisite taste. It contains all the necessary equipment for everyday living, even books and magazines are available. The location is great. Graciela is very attentive, cordial and extremely pleasant, she always asked us if everything was okay. We were greeted by Lorena, very friendly and helpful with everything. A pleasure to deal with both of them. Graciela is a superhost. In addition to the apartment's amenities, the building has a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, play room, sauna, gym and beach service. Happy to have found Graciela's apartment!!!!

The building has excellent location and services, highlighting the comfort of beach service in the season. The apartment is renovated, was impeccably clean, well organized and well equipped, as described in the ad (yes, no TV). Excellent Wifi. Very bright, airy, with beautiful panoramic views. Parking is an added comfort. Communication with the host was irreplaceable, it did not rest until it got from us that everything was right for a great stay.

As described, it was clean, downstairs there was a McDonald's and other dining options, ocean view and very tidy and clean apartment, I would stay there again. Plus, flexible check-in

Good location at bus stop 16. If using the transfer bus from Montevideo, they might be able to drop you off at #16 instead of Terminal Maldonado or Punta del Este. Heated indoor saltwater pools is divine and usually empty in the early afternoon. Connivence store is located just outside ground level.

The apartment was spotless; the construction is new and made with first quality materials. The location is excellent, close to everything. Walking about 15 minutes you reach supermarkets, stores and very good restaurants. It is a few meters from the beach; simply crossing Williman Avenue you arrive. The apartment has everything you need to spend a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking or preparing breakfast. The bed is very comfortable, and the double window prevents noises coming from outside. The internet speed is excellent. The TV allows you to tune in several channels thanks to access via YouTube. A separate mention deserves the spacious and comfortable balcony with views of the Mansa beach and the city. It is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. William's apartment is highly recommended.

The stay was excellent. Inés has a comfortable apartment with maid service that resembles a hotel, but with more privacy and access to the kitchen-dining room and terrace. The bedroom is compact, but it is suitable for placing a playpen for a baby. The garage is included in the package. In short, the feeling of being in a hotel with extra comforts. The area is highly recommended for walking. Punta del Este is another delight out of season. Thank you very much Inés!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay - a lovely apartment in a great location with everything we needed. Claudio was so helpful and gave us so much information about his home and the town. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, located in a beautiful place. It's like, very bright and with a great view. Very well equipped, everything is very clean and very complete. The place is very comfortable and close to everything. Very friendly reception staff and very safe building and complete facilities. I would definitely come back.

Meeting our expectations. Playita front not very cute was suitable for the 4 days without moving the car . The apartment was extensively equipped . With air conditioner in a bedroom and living room . Bathrooms are the only thing you can see are old but there were no problems . They have beach chairs and umbrellas very useful for the beach .

Must be the best place to stay in Punta del Este! Very well located, close to Playa brava and mansa beach with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment has very nice decor, amenities, and view. It is super complete, the kitchen has everything, 3 coffee makers, microwave, oven, toaster, glasses, pans, nothing is missing! Everything is of excellent quality from the soaps in the bathroom, pillows and mattress. Everything is very well thought out (to the place to store your bags). Anahir is super friendly and attentive, I would definitely come back!
