Beachfront holiday rentals in Punta Ballena

Very nice stay in Pablo's apartment, we arrived an hour early and Pablo let us check in earlier, something to note! I'll be back soon.

I was with my wife for 30 days. On the day of arrival we met Paola who was leaving everything impeccable, and she told us about the operation of each thing in the house. We take all-day walks with peace of mind thanks to the security of the cameras and alarm. The beach is one block away. It coincided with my birthday and Randy surprised me with a postcard and a bottle of good wine. After three days of being in the house, he texted me to see if we were having a good time. When we couldn't connect the phone to the Smart TV, he offered to pay for two or three days until we fixed it, but it wasn't necessary. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Excellent host, so much so that God willing we plan to return.

Everything was excellent. From the reception, the cleaning girls and the kindness of all the staff. We will definitely go again. Thank you Adolfo and the staff.

Excellent stay. The place is just like the ad. Pablo is an excellent host, with whom communication is very fast. It even has cribs for babies. Air conditioning in all rooms. The place is perfect for relaxing, with beautiful views of the park. The second floor is very spacious and comfortable. It has a grill. Highly recommended. We'll be back for sure.

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view of the balcony is equally spectacular. P who has the mood and likes a walk the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to lodging... but by car they are 5 minutes and really easy to get.. The only negative aspect is that if another guest baths in the other suite at the same time the water is so weak that it has to wait to finish the bath... But this is irrelevant given all the rest that the lodging provides... I will come back for sure.

We had an amazing time with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with a spectacular view, very complete and clean! We used the pool that was very hot! The concierges are very attentive and very well treated! We would definitely choose this place again!

A great place to stay in Punta del Este. And Lucas was a brilliant host - responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bedroom has a good sized bed that is super comfortable. The bedroom also has a desk and table which was perfect for my 7pm Teams call which didn’t disturb my husband in the lounge room. The bathroom had soft fluffy towels, great hot water and pressure, shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen had a stove, oven and fridge/freezer - perfect for heating up meals and storing ice cream. Gym and pool in the building. Parking is available inside the building but was a little scary for us (big car and we are used to driving on the other side of the road) - it was very easy and safe to park on the street so we did that after day one (the parking inside has you driving in and out of a car lift). The photos match exactly. And if you are looking for a brilliant bakery - we discovered Baipa - and they make incredible and fresh focaccia!

Our stay at the accommodation was perfect✨🫶. Clara was very kind at all times, and even allowed us to stay a little longer to fully enjoy our weekend. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, very nice and with all the amenities, the entrance to the building is easy even if you come at night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED without a doubt 🩷✨

The Cruceros apto is great. Clean, functional, organized, great view, super calm, felt like home. The building infra is also good. My daughter is 5 yo and it is a great place for kids. Safe and clean. Claudia & Greg are incredible hosts and made sure the whole experience was smooth and easy. Be mindful just to bring your own bath towels (or prepared to pay for it).]

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. The garden is spacious and impeccably cared for. The house has all the amenities as shown in the pictures. Fernando, the host, was very kind and attentive. We recommend this place without hesitation!

The apartment is very well located, close to the port and the center of the peninsula, everything can be done on foot. The view is beautiful! The building is very quiet and the people receptive. The apartment is very well equipped and accommodates very well 5 or 6 people. Juliana was very attentive, always responded quickly to sent messages, very willingly. Our stay was excellent, we hope to return soon.

My stay was just amazing! The apartment is exactly as described, very clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to beaches/sights/restaurants, etc… In addition, the host was very attentive and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Divina la casa, as seen in the photos! The spectacular view. The quiet re neighborhood. There is a supermarket close by that has everything! As a suggestion we told the host to leave toilet paper for the day of entry and reviewers in the kitchen for the stay, the rest ok. It would be nice if it included linens and towels but that is advised from the start. Thank you for everything
