Holiday rentals in Pulau Sebayur Besar

It was a comfortable place to spend a week. Close to center and diving shops, restaurants and groceries. On a road and next to a school, so it was a bit noisy. Big bathroom, we had running hot water all the time. Sheets and towels were clean. Free drinking water refill. Access to shared fridge and kitchen where we cooked a few times and made coffee everyday. Natalia, our host was very nice. Would stay again.

We stayed 3d/2n and the greatest thing was that it was at a good location where everything is easily reachable, the owner was very responsive and also very accomodating. I had to work one day and the internet (about 25mbs) was good enough for a video call without video and totally fine for any kind of research I had to do. The shower is really new, great pressure and generally the bathroom and rest of apartment was very clean. It was also very nice to wake up to the nice view of the ocean with the boats on them. Otherwise, when we had any issue at all, the owner would immediately answer and find a solution to it. And he even let us stay for a late check-out AND also let us in for an early check-in. Definitely recommendable! By the way - for food: Fellas Pizzeria is REALLY recommendable (and we know what a good pizza is!), and for breakfast we just went to the bigger super market 5 mins walking away for different small Indonesian snacks at the bakery section. Great taste & price!

Really clean stay and nice staff

Amazing stay! The villa was totally worth the money, only 10 mins from the airport by taxi. We had a delay but had no issues with late check-in thanks to Kristina’s clear instructions. The room was super clean and smelled great. I was amazed by the bay view, even though we arrived after sunset and it was cloudy. Kristina surprised us with breakfast, which wasn’t expected. Morning view was breathtaking felt unreal. We enjoyed breakfast with a choice of rice, noodles, or sandwich, plus fruit. Coffee and refillable water were also provided. The pool was great, and we appreciated the extra towels. Pauline has 2 friendly dogs who bark at first but are lovely once they know you. Location is perfect, dinner spots just 5 mins away. Some noise from nearby bars but the villa is soundproofed well. Kristina was super helpful, felt like having a mom away from home. Highly recommend this villa for the view, service, and strategic location!

Efter mange måneders rejse var denne bolig, det perfekte sted at afslutte vores rejse. Personalet var så venlige, puderne og sengen så bløde, bruseren helt perfekt. Der var massere af plads i boligen, og vi kunne lave måltider i køkkenet. Poolen var rar og fredfyldt. Hvis man har brug for lidt luksus, vil jeg helt klart anbefale dette sted.

Je recommande ce logement très fonctionnel et spacieux. Le staff était aussi très réactif et à l’écoute et nous a permis d’organiser notre excursion dans les îles du Komodo.

The villa is cozy, better than in the photos, with a direct view of the sea. There is also a deck that has an even clearer and beautiful view of the coastline. The private beach is pristine but reaching it requires a bit of a trek downhill that may be challenging for older or less active people. The surrounding area is peaceful and makes for a pleasant walk. There is one restaurant within walking distance but Grab bike is necessary to reach town. During my stay, even though we did not get to meet Yohanes, there were staff staying on the grounds whom we could speak to if we had any questions. They were very polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. Having a good breakfast served at the villa was also very convenient. We also paid additional for dinner prepared by the staff which was delicious. If you're a light sleeper do note that one of the rooms has a zinc roof which makes it quite noisy. However, overall my family and I had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the villa.

We loved staying here and could not recommend it more highly! Amazing views, peaceful location, but still within an easy 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Labuan Bajo. The room was huge, light-filled, clean, and homey. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hosts were lovely and helped with everything we needed. They also upgraded our room for no extra charge. The food was ordered for breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay here again!
