a real hidden gem. a little tricky to get there, but totally worth it. private place, nice pool, pristine kitchen. not to mention a great and responsive host

We were a family of 10 pax and stayed for 3 nights. The place was impeccably clean with spacious bedrooms for everyone. There were attached bathrooms to each bedroom and extra bathroom in the gaming room and also the karaoke/entertainment room. Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun playing the free board games while adults had fun with the karaoke and mahjong session. It is not easy to find a place to accommodate everyone’s need and this venue is perfect for it. Joseph was also very friendly and reached out to us daily to check if we were comfortable and whether there’s anything he can do to improve our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

3D2N was not enough! The interior and the villa itself was beautiful! Super comfortable, feels like home~ It was worth the money! The neighbourhood was very peaceful, you can literally hear nature, birds chirping when you're swimming! Super relaxing! This villa is perfect for anyone who wants to relax~ Our host, Meli, she is very sweet, kind and caring! She gave us recommendation on places to eat. Infact, the place that she recommended was delicious and unforgettable~ Meli also gave us an advice to download an app for a cheaper transportation. Overall, Meli is a very hostile person, whenever we need her, she's there! Speedy responses on our messages~ Thank you Meli ❤️~ We will definitely come back and book here again someday! ❤️

Place is clean and nice except for no aircon at Level 1, its hot although host did provide 2 standing fans. Bed is very soft and thus not able to sleep peacefully if your partner turn and toss. Pillow and bolster on the other hand is very hard. Overall, good price to pay for. Its close to Batam Adventure park if you wanna have ATV, gokart etc and there is a cafe nearby with not too bad food and of cos coffee. Host was also kind enough to let us check in early.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious villa. Perfect for families with kids or a group of friends! The highlight was definitely the big pool, great for both swimming and playtime. The single-level layout made it very convenient for elderly family members, and the large dining area was ideal for group meals and gatherings. The pool table was a big hit with everyone, especially those who enjoy a game or two in the evenings. Each of the five bedrooms was generously sized and came with either a TV or projector setup, which added a nice touch. The house can get a bit warm during the summer, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. The location is perfect! Close to eateries and shopping malls, which made it super convenient. The villa also had ample parking that could fit two large cars comfortably. We also felt safe during our stay, as there was a security guard stationed at the entrance managing visitor access. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall it’s an outstanding place

Clean and well-kept. Lots of entertainment for the kids and adults. Gated-estate thus we felt safe. Host was very responsive to all our queries. Will book again!

Thank you host for being very responsive throughout the stay. The unit was exactly as pictured, highest floor with the most outstanding sea view. Unit was very spacious & the two rooms came with super huge beds. Long stretch of balcony for u to relax & enjoy the sea breeze. Many spots for OOTD & walkable to the beautiful beach. Staffs were very accommodating with pleasant smile from the reception, restaurants etc. Any issues with the unit will be rectified immediately by the hotel management. Can’t wait to come back again!
