We had a great time at Émilie's place. The arrival was very simple with fluid and attentive communication beforehand and very clear indications. Upon arrival, the accommodation was impeccable and the whole thing matched the listing perfectly (description/photos). The house is charming, tastefully decorated, very well maintained: you feel good there right away, like at home! The location is ideal: about 10 km from La Rochelle, 15/20 minutes from the island of Ré, and less than 1 hour from La Faute-sur-Mer. A perfect base for discovering the region. During our stay, an EDF power cut affected the town. Émilie was very responsive, always available, with very cordial and caring exchanges. Émilie also shared some good local addresses, which was very much appreciated. In short, high-quality accommodation, a remarkable host, and an address to keep preciously and recommend without hesitation!

We had a pleasant stay at Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well furnished, the beds are good quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention on our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling like you're on vacation.

Fabrice and Adeline are very responsive, friendly and discreet hosts. The explanations to find the accommodation with photos and arrows are a plus! The house is decorated with great taste. The bedding is impeccable. You have all the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant holiday. Moreover, La Rochelle is not very far from the accommodation. The only small downside is the lack of finishes along the fence (broken chairs).

We had a great time in Vincent's house: very pleasant setting facing the sea, with private access to the beach below the garden! The host can't be more responsive, I recommend it without a second thought!

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

. The house is not very far from the Île de Ré. There are 2 bus stops nearby to be able to be in La Rochelle in about twenty minutes. The pool is large, the house is also. Laurent, the owner and his son were very welcoming and available to prepare for our arrival. In short, a great experience. I recommend it.

This house is very pleasant to live in: well designed and furnished, beautiful spaces, well equipped and the icing on the cake, the small pool ideal with the temperatures of this weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and the garden has no neighbors. The accommodation is new and very clean.

Amazing accommodation, I came to spend a weekend with family (7 people) and it was perfect! We didn't step on each other's toes because the accommodation is very large. old house recently renovated from top to bottom with taste. very clean and very well equipped. ideal location 10 minutes from the center of La Rochelle and the Île de Ré bridge. very quiet neighborhood, pizzeria 200 m away and bakery 3 min by car. Very accessible, responsive, available host with whom communication is very easy. we recommend unreservedly

Very nice quiet location in the village of Loix. Beautiful house with all comforts, decorated with great taste. The property is a 5-minute walk from a bike rental shop, so it's perfect for touring the island. I recommend it!

Modern and cozy house. After a day away, we were happy to come home. Just sit in the patio for a while. Beautiful bike rides nearby. Rochelle nearby is a very beautiful city. Beautiful beaches at Chatelallion-plage. Visited islands. Have a nice holiday!

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

We had a very good stay, the location is perfect, especially with the market near the accommodation, 15 min from Ile de Ré. We were there with our dog who enjoyed having a park also close to the accommodation. Maxime the co-host gave us the opportunity to leave the accommodation later which allowed us to leave our suitcases there to visit La Rochelle stress-free! Thank you for that.☺️ During our stay the temperature was not high but it was still a little hot in the accommodation being on the top floor (the fan is very useful). It may be a negative point if you travel with your 4-legged companion in summer, who will have trouble cooling off... In any case, I recommend it☺️

Very nice and well-equipped house: you feel at home. The house is well located 25 minutes from the city center and in a very quiet neighborhood. You don't necessarily need to take your car during the stay. Cécile had left some useful flyers on La Rochelle. If you want to go to the island of Ré by car or bike, you are on the right side of La Rochelle.
