Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Puerto Nuevo, Gobernador Piñero

I went for a work meeting for one night, I liked the privacy of the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's. The air bnb is located in a very safe and gated neighborhood with a playground adjacent to the home which kept the kiddos busy. During our stay Puerto Rico experienced a blackout leaving 1.3 million people without power. Fortunately, the home is equipped with a powerful generator that kept us comfortably lit for the duration of time. I am so grateful we didn't have to go without, and I recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay within close proximity to local eateries and attractions. Maria is a great host, always available and friendly, I will definitely return in the future.

Amazing place! Had a great stay here. Very local, in the middle of everything. Our Uber rides were only about $4-$15. Host and people who live/visit are very nice! 10/10 experience.

My stay was perfect. The place is very comfortable, and above all, very quiet. Excellent location, close to everything. Luis was very helpful, and always responded quickly. I recommend it.

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. What a pleasure it was to experience San Juan with Paloma’s place as a base camp! There is an enchanted feel to old San Juan and Paloma’s place captures that in her creative and comfortable space. Bed was super comfortable as well. Thanks for helping make our visit special!

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

Renato’s place is fantastic and he is an excellent host. Even while traveling internationally he was responsive and provided alternate communication methods. You can’t beat the location of Renato’s place, it makes it unnecessary to rent a car for the trip. The apartment is clean and tidy, ideal for one or two people, and the kitchen is perfect to make small meals to avoid eating out every meal. The bed is comfortable, and the view from the balcony is idyllic at all hours. I really like the added security of the key fob and front desk guard, you just have to be let in when you arrive. Condado/ PR still have some power outages so I was grateful for the external batteries I packed. I believe the building has backup generators for essentials. The beautiful view comes with a bit higher noise levels because the glass doesn’t reduce sound from the street but generally it didn’t disturb us. We hope to stay here again!

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

The place is as pictured. The host Lucy was very kind and made sure that everything was okay. My daughter got sick during our stay and Lucy volunteered to wash the blankets and the next day checked to see how my daughter was feeling. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but we didn’t have any issues with the people there. This location is close to many activities if you have a car. The downside was that there wasn’t no outdoor sitting area to sit back and relax and take in the breeze or have a sip of tea. And the blackout with no generator. Hoping the food in the refrigerator doesn’t go bad and the unknown of when the power would go back on. Lucy offered an extension cord from her place next door to plug in a fan. Very thoughtful. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

Location was perfect. We loved the outdoor patio area. Several places were walkable which was very convenient. We had an issue with the lights (remote control would turn everyone's light on/off ) but Hector called immediately to help. The house was super clean. Only problem we had was the neighbors were so loud at night it sounded like they were in our apartment. Would def stay here again.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

I have stayed in Condado before. Patricia's place is a hidden gem 😊 Place is bigger than on the pictures. Which was a pleasant surprise. Patricia made every effort to make our stay comfortable, she was very responsive and proactive. Thank you so much.

Love my stay. perfect for solo or couples who enjoy nightlife, as La placita is just around the corner. provided ear plugs for street noise, although noise did not bother us but it may to some. Super convenient location and responded very quickly and even gave us some great recommendations. Extra star because the bed was super comfortable!! Would definitely book again next time i’m back

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10

Colores (it was only after we arrived and saw an abundance of tastefully done purple/violet objects that we realized why it was called Violeta) was absolutely phenomenal. You are right in the heart of beautiful, bustling Old San Juan. All the bars, restaurants, clubs, sights and history of the area right there and the hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. The responses were always prompt and professional. And the property itself is beautiful. Many stairs to climb to get to the third floor, if that’s a consideration for you. But the bed is so soft and comfy and the closet is spacious. Laundry right in the unit. And the roof deck is great! We booked the room for the hot tub, which I was prepared not to be wild about, since it’s portable. But I was wrong. Sipping a glass of wine (or one of the six pack of Medalla that was thoughtfully left in the fridge for us!) under the stars with a relaxing soak was awesome. Five stars, can’t wait to return!
