Simple and rustic 34 mt2 Studio apartment. Located only 10-12 minutes walking to the main square/downtown, 15-20 min. walking to the bus station and only 5 min. to the promenade. A mini market is just around the corner. It’s very illuminated and counts with one double bed, one bathroom, basic kitchen (stove, oven, boiler, toaster, fridge, pots, etc). It was built on the 2nd floor of the main house and you have to use a spiral stair to get inside. We are a quiet family with two curious cats.

Carolinas place is perfect. It is decorated so beautifully and has lots of light but when you want darkness for sleep, it's easy to pull the shades. The location was perfect for being close to the bus. I'm walking all over the town close to stores and restaurants of all kinds. It was super clean and she thinks of everything lots of details and so appreciated having a little bit of paper in the kitchen and the shower is wonderful and hot and there's a wonderful heater on the wall that warms the towels and that was amazing after our full day hike. I highly recommend this place and Carolina was wonderful with all communications.

Amazing place, Maritza was great at communicating and worked hard to resolve issues / concerns promptly. Check in & check out communication was accurate and timely. The house is stocked with a lot of things and amenities which is nice. It’s close to many restaurants and bars plus coffee shops. Would highly recommend the place and Maritza as the host.
