Holiday rentals with beach access in Puerto de Palma de Mallorca

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

The location was amazing. Beautiful view from the apartment. Clean apartment. Sergio had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat on the island.

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

We felt very comfortable at Sammi's. The apartment is small but lovingly decorated. Absolutely sufficient for 2 people. The location is excellent, the beach, restaurants, public transport and taxi are within easy reach. Sammi was very friendly and helpful. She had to wait for us until night because we landed with a lot of delay. That was very unpleasant for us, but there were no problems because of it. Thanks again 🙏🏻

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment is excellent!! The view is spectacular, everything is super clean, the bed is very comfortable and they give you towels for the beach. The place is very quiet and with a lot of services nearby, the beach in front is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time in Peguera. It is a beautiful property. It is pleasantly quiet around the house. We enjoyed the roof terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. We also bathed in the pool almost every day. The sea and the shops in Peguera are within walking distance. We loved that a lot was provided in the kitchen, such as first drinks, capsules for the coffee machine or vinegar and oil. There were also accessories for the beach, such as sand toys or parasols. Our three-year-old daughter also liked the accommodation very much. Antonia was very helpful and friendly. I can absolutely recommend Jaume's accommodation.

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Highly highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed five days but could have stayed longer. The house was comfortable and had good AC and a nice little pool - and a washing machine. We were provided with enough provisions to get us started, and there was a small grocery store at the end of the block, and another down the hill and a few blocks away. We ate dinner at three of the nearby restaurants during our stay and had nice meals at each one. Carmen was easy to communicate with and provided a lot of helpful information. It was a nice introduction to Mallorca. Unfortunately, Palma and Soller were overrun with people during our visit (last week of May 2025). If we return to Mallorca, we will try to pick a season with fewer visitors, and if possible, a week without cruise ships.

Carmen’s House was amazing. We really had fun staying and the interiors were stunning. Would recommend her place to anyone because the location is so close to the pretty beaches in the island. We would definitely come back again and stay longer next time :).

Silvia is a great host very responsive and friendly. The house is super cute and has everything you need for a staycation. The area is very walkable with the beach nearby and buses to Palma only minutes away. A supermarket also within walking distance which was handy as we ate in Silvia’s a few times. The bed was very comfy and the shower always had hot water. A tip for future visitors- hire a bike as the area has a wonderful cycle path into Palma and beyond.

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

The room was just as beautiful as in the pictures and in a central location, so everything was within walking distance. We felt very comfortable.
