Das Appartment war super sauber, modern eingerichtet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Betten waren sehr groß und sehr bequem. Genügend Kleiderbügel, Handtücher und auch Strandtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso in der Küche waren die nötigsten Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker, Kleenex vorhanden. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön Urlaub fürs Auge. Die Poolanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Anlage auch sehr gepflegt und alles sauber! War wirklich ein super toller Aufenthalt. Andreas unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, stets erreichbar und sehr kompetent. Alles in allem Top! Können wir sehr empfehlen.

Perfect apartment, looks just like the photos. Gorgeous panoramic views of the sea, huge balcony and very spacious apartment. Easy check in service! And we were impressed that the apartment was cleaned 1/2 way during our stay. Very clean and would recommend !

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit top Lage ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😍😍

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder für eine Wohnung von Kata entschieden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnB bei Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage liegt an einem Strand der nicht von Liegestuhlanbietern zugepflastert ist. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Für uns war dies ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnungen von Kata nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal an die Costa del Sol reisen werden wir uns wieder eine Wohnung von Kata aussuchen. Bij aankomst bleek het gebouw wat ouder, maar het appartement zelf was prachtig en zeer goed verzorgd. Alles was schoon, ruim en comfortabel. De omgeving was er rustig, met voldoende eetgelegenheden, maar weinig te doen op loopafstand. Dus een huurauto is aan te raden om de omgeving te verkennen. De gastheer is fantastisch: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en alles was perfect geregeld. Kortom: een top verblijf waar we zeker nog eens terug zullen komen.

Die Wohnung von Mery und Javi ist super für einen Aufenthalt in Marbella! Was uns besonders gefallen hat: - Sie ist super ausgestattet (es war Öl, Salz, Pfeffer sowie Waschmittel vorhanden) - die Wohnung ist gut gelegen in der Altstadt und nur 5 Minuten von der Promenade entfernt - die Dachterrasse ist toll! - die beiden sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich! :) - es gibt einen Schrank für die Koffer den man bei vorzeitiger Ankunft oder später Abreise nutzen kann. Wichtig zu wissen: der Treppenaufgang ist schmal und steil, mit großem Koffer ist es etwas schwer die Treppe zur Wohnung hoch zu kommen. Aber Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit erneut buchen.

Sijainti oli erinomainen, rauhallinen mutta silti lähellä kaikkea tarvittavaa. Isäntä oli erittäin ystävällinen, helposti tavoitettavissa ja antoi selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen. Tunsimme olomme tervetulleiksi alusta loppuun. Suosittelemme lämpimästi ja majoittuisimme mielellämme uudelleen!

Beautiful, modern, really clean apartment! The apartment had everything you need and more for a holiday! Kitchen with plenty of appliances for cooking. Washing machine/dishwasher. All amenities provided also. Plenty of towels. The apartment was spotless, very clean and well maintained. Really large outdoor area, that’s covered with glass so very little bugs can enter which is great. It’s a gated residential area so very quiet, there’s some lovely restaurants within walking distance. A little far out from the marina, about 20 minute walk.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay! The home was extremely clean and exactly as described, if not better! Ignacio and Ana were very friendly and helpful and made the check in process seamless, as well as provided us with many recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They made sure we felt right at home. There was plenty of storage space in the bathroom and closet for the both of us. The balcony had a wonderful view of both pools and the stunning scenery, as well as the beach. We especially loved having our breakfast out here each morning! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. :)

Everything was absolutely wonderful here! It's truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. Nous avons adoré notre séjour de trois mois à Marbella dans ce magnifique appartement situé à côté du club de golf Los Naranjos et à une heure de marche de Puorto Banus ( trajet très agréable que nous avons fait régulièrement) ou 10 minutes en auto. Cet appartement très grand, moderne, récemment rénové, meublé avec goût, très propre et bien équipé pour les longs séjours. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire. L’appartement possède un stationnement intérieur mais il est aussi très facile de se stationner à l’extérieur. Un coup de coeur assuré!. Carmen est l’hôte parfaite. Son accueil chaleureux, ses nombreuses attentions et conseils pour nous faire vivre une expérience inoubliable. Elle s’est assurée tout au long de notre séjour de notre confort en plus de répondre très rapidement à toutes nos questions. Si nous avons la chance de revenir c’est certain que cet appartement sera notre premier choix. Muchas gracias Carmen . 🤩

Me and my friends just spent a couple of nights at Sidney’s place and would definitely recommend! The apartment was spacious and modern with a gorgeous outside terrace and garden. The grounds and pool were immaculate. We had a very late flight and Sidney made arrangements for someone to meet us with the key and show us inside the apartment. It was about 30 minute walk to puerto banus and 15 to the supermarket. We all really enjoyed and would love to come back again! Thank you

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Appartement magnifique, avec une vue splendide, une décoration soignée et un jacuzzi sur la terrasse idéale pour profiter. Tout est dans un état neuf et très calme.

Après avoir été très satisfait de l'appartement 432, nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement 505 de Carmen et Fernando. Tout s'y est très très bien passé. Rien à redire. La résidence est également très bien entretenue. Il y a de belles grandes piscines avec possibilité de louer des transats. Les belles plages et le paseo maritimo avec tous les restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Un arrêt de bus se situe juste au bas de la résidence BenalBeach. Bonne continuation à Carmen et Fernando, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Magda’s place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and secure. The location is perfectly located between Puerto Banus and Marbella. I highly recommend booking with Magda! My family had an incredible vacation!

This was a return visit to Nuscha's apartment. Everything was perfect for our nice relaxing stay. There are great restaurants on the doorstep and a beautiful quiet pool area in the private community area. Nuscha was a warm and welcoming host and was great at communicating throughout our stay. Hope to return to Alhoa Gardens again soon.
