Wir waren fünf Tage bei Chris und seiner Frau zu Gast. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. :) Die Katze kommt ab und zu auch mal zu Besuch! ;)

Αρκετές μέρες πριν φτάσω υπήρχαν σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη μου. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος. Οι οικοδεσπότες ανταποκρίνονταν άμεσα στα μηνύματα. Θα πρότεινα αυτό το καταλυμα σε κάποιον φίλο και θα πήγαινα ξανά.

This apartment is beautiful and spacious. Every room has A/C. The location could not be better. Everything is walkable. The host was very responsive if we needed him. The place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed in this stunning, super-modern apartment in Thessaloniki, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the stylish, sleek design immediately stood out. The apartment was impeccably clean, with top-of-the-line furnishings, high-end appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was absolutely ideal—situated in the heart of the city, I was just a short walk away from vibrant cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. It made exploring Thessaloniki incredibly easy, and the neighborhood felt both lively and safe.

The communication from Giannis was so helpful and thoughtful. Checking in was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, well furnished and a relaxing place to be. The area had a great choice of bars and places to eat, it felt safe and comfortable. My partner and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay and we are already talking about when we can book to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this in-town apartment. The location is perfect and there is a good amount of room. Our host was very kind and proactive in communicating, and even allowed both an early check-in and a late checkout. We appreciated the window screens and good ventilation (we had missed the fact that there is no A/C in the bedroom, but it wasn't needed.) A grocery, coffee shops, restaurants, and buses are in easy proximity. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever returned to Thessaloniki.

Eve giriş için bütün talimatlar açıklayıcı ve kolaydı. Balkondan manzara güzeldi. 3 kişi için rahat ve idealdi ama 4 yetişkin kişi biraz zor olabilir. Bütün herşey geldiğimizde hazırdı. Çarşaflar temiz ve yeni yılanmıştı. Mutfak eşyaları fazlasıyla yeterli ve kullanışlıydı. Selanike tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer. Ev sahibi de bıkmadan usanmadan her soruma hızlı ve içten dönüşler yaptı.kendisine çok teşekkür ederm

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Great apartment with everything we needed, beautifully clean and in a quiet spot. Always very easy to communicate with Theofanis, we would highly recommend to other guests.

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.

Ο Βαλάντης ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Μας έδωσε σαφέστατες οδηγίες, ώστε να βρούμε το σπίτι με ευκολία. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη, το σπίτι καθαρό και αρκετά όμορφο. Επιπλέον, επειδή θέλαμε να μείνουμε μια μέρα επιπλέον και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο σπίτι που μέναμε, μας έφερε σε επαφή με κάποια γνωστή του, ώστε να συνεχίσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Bir evde olması gereken herşey vardı. Türk kahvesine kadar düşünülmüş, herşey özenle hazırlanmıştı. Girdiğimizde gayet temizdi ev. konum olarak harikaydı, gitmek istediğimiz her yere kolaylıkla buradan ulaşabildik.

Totale relax! Adoro questo posto, mi sentivo come a casa. Posizione perfetta, spiaggia come privata, acqua pulitissima, ombra naturale... Se ti sdragli sul terrazza potevi goderti rumore delle onde e quello non ha prezzo! Tornerò sicuramente. Mio marito era molto contento di parcheggio coperto.

Eleni’s home was absolutely everything one could wish for… tasteful, lovely, and loaded with classic Greek hospitality! It is perfectly central to some of the very best spots in Thessaloniki. And it is a peaceful and restful haven to return to after full days and nights of exploration and enjoyment of such a warm people and welcoming city. I would be absolutely delighted to come and stay in this space again! A week was just not enough…. Σασ ευχαριστώ πολύ

This apartment was gorgeous – spacious and well-appointed. The location is great – in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, shops and the metro. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook some basic meals. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Dimitris was a great communication, answering any messages within minutes. Would highly recommend!

It was a dream to come True! Everything was as promised! Location, accomadation adn the terrace! In one word: Great! Sorry that i didnt follow the instuctions well enough! Next time i leave the keys to the box! KR: Mika

Katerina's apartment is perfect for large groups like ours. It is very centrally located, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is also close to the metro station and you can get around the city really easily. Katerina also described the apartment very accurately and was very responsive to my messages. All in all a great experience and a clear recommendation!

Great apartment at a fantastic spot right in the heart of the city and most importantly in a safe area. Very cozy and comfy interior space. Will definitely rebook on next visit
