È stato un soggiorno veramente piacevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Rachele è una splendida persona e siamo molto contenti di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare, con un gruppo di amici, in questa grande casa al mare ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. La location è infatti proprio ideale per gruppi e/o famiglie numerose; offre ampi spazi, sia interni che esterni. La casa è molto accogliente e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Ma ciò che ha reso ancora più piacevole la vacanza è stata l'ospitalità dell'host. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. L'host è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Consiglio vivamente questa casa al mare a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante in una posizione tranquilla e con un'ospitalità eccezionale.

Stayed here for the Ironman event. Perfect location not to far away from the start, enough room to prepare all the gear in front of the race. You can park you car on the property that is a nice bonus so it's not in the streets. It's almost on the run course so for the fans it was easy to cheer you on and you had a point of reference. The rooms were tidy and as described in the picture. Everything was provided to have the perfect stay. Can advice it to anybody that wants to do IM Emilia-Romagna

Great house with amazing views, close to imola if you are visiting for an event at the race circuit. Marco was a great host and was always quick to respond.

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful rural stay. Villa is spacious and well equipped. The check in and out process was thorough and excellent, Michela was very welcoming. The location is quite remote and extremely private and secure with a front gate. We would recommend having a car for getting to local restaurants and sights.

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

Schönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung inmitten der Natur, mit seinen Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte sowie schönem Außenpool und Wanderwegen idealer Erholungswert für die große Familie! Die sehenswürdigen Orte wie Florence und Bologna, der Kleinstaat San Marino sowie der Küstenort Rimini liegen alle in guter Tagesreichweite mit dem Auto. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

During our stay in Modigliana we've had a great time with 3 collegues. The appartements were peacefull and still, the atmosphere is magic!

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

We have stayed at many airbnbs worldwide and this was by far our favorite. It’s is even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved the location and the easy drives to so many beautiful, quaint towns. We loved the scenic walks from the house. The quiet countryside with breathtaking views was the perfect vacation for our family. We hope we can come visit again! Thank you, Richard and Samatha, for helping make our vacation unforgettable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We stayed at the villa for our daughter’s wedding. It was the most beautiful, magical night. Vanessa helped with everything we needed and more. I can’t even express how beautiful her property is. The views are astonishing! Vanessa is a super host indeed. Everything was perfect! What a true gift Vanessa is willing to share. If you are considering a small, intimate wedding in the most gorgeous place in Italy…look no more!

Guido ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Hauptvilla hat drei Zimmer mit großen Queensize Betten und zwei Zimmern mit je zwei Einzelbetten, dazu gibt es fünf Badezimmer. In einem Extrahaus gibt es nochmal ein Doppelbett mit Bad, jedoch deutlich älter als das Haupthaus und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Tennisplatz sind absolute Highlights zusammen mit dem super gepflegten Garten! Wir konnten nachts Glühwürmchen sehen. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt eher schlicht und und alles hätte sauberer sein können. Sonst super :) Danke Guido P.S.: Internet funktioniert nur im Haupthaus

Ons verblijf in Faenza was echt geweldig! Zulke lieve gastvrije eigenaren en wat een prachtig huis. Heel compleet, met alles erop en eraan en een gigantisch zwembad. Toen het heel heet werd, hebben ze voor ons gelijk ventilatoren aangeschaft, heel fijn. Ze zouden nog horren kunnen maken dat is eigenlijk de enige verbetering. Verder een dikke tien! Dank voor alles.

The house, pool, and garden are absolutely stunning and incredibly private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Giulia is an amazing host: warm, proactive, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, organizing a fantastic wine tasting for us at Fondo Giuseppe and even welcoming us with some delicious local specialties, which made us feel immediately at home. We honestly have no tips for improvement — just book it and enjoy this amazing place!
