Thank you for your excellent hospitality. Place is great, photos don't do it justice. The lady who welcomed us was very kind, even more so. The rooms are very nice, ours with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was superb, too. The location is great, close to the ring road and at the same time very quiet, surrounded by greenery. We recommend!!!!

The hotel has a lovely 60's look. A little cinematic to the pool. We loved that. Breakfast was simple and good. We had a flexible arrival time which was pleasant. The communication was clear and very friendly. We had a spacious bathroom that was well-equipped with lots of bath towels. Giovanni and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was perfect. Clean and tidy room, perfect check-in, staff available!

Great restaurant, good food quality and great staff. All very friendly, it felt like home. We were served both for dinner and lunch by Mrs. Annamaria, a sunny person who loves her work. Really helpful and friendly owners. There is also a well-equipped and clean pool and the fantastic landscape around it is a perfect setting.

Weekend of September 10 as a couple, characteristic and well cleaned room, very honest prices, excellent hospitality and availability, very quiet place for total relaxation, to try the products of their production such as beer, fresh pasta and jam. Good food and beautiful bio pool which is still almost a rarity to find. We'll definitely be back.

Gian Paolo's hotel is located in an oasis of tranquility. The rooms are clean and the typical cuisine is excellent. The pool is great for cooling off on hot days. Gian Paolo and Davide are super helpful and kind. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a break or for those who want to visit the Castles of the Duchy. We will definitely be back!

We were very warmly welcomed and thoughtfully cared for throughout our stay. Actually, we arrived too late to wait for dinner in the restaurant, but it was still made possible to eat which was very nice with our little man and reasonably late at night. All the people were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed an afternoon by the pool.

Landscape, welcome, accommodation simply class. That's all there is to it.

Antonio and his wife are fantastic hosts. Very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed due to car breakdown. Very great local recommendations for vineyards and restaurants. House is very clean, has everything needed nested in the beautiful hill just outside of the village. Access via road is very good and location is easy to find

Very good communication and accommodation true to the photos! Very clean and quiet environment, but beware: no air conditioning and a lot of mosquitoes outside in summer, the night was short for me :( Otherwise the accommodation is very good and there is nothing negative to say. Free parking space right in front, it's a big plus! No activity around but we spent the evening in Parma, the city is very pleasant!
