The accommodation of Alberto was very clean, new and comfortable. The self check-in and check-out was super easy. We used the accommodation for our sightseeing trip and it was a good choice, because you have everything what you need nearby. A supermarket, bus stop and a train station. We were happy to stay there and can only recommend it.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! This apartment was a gem! The location is incredible—just steps from delicious food, amazing gelato, and some fantastic vintage shopping. As a special bonus, we even got to see Pope Leo’s motorcade as he left Santa Maria Maggiore nearby—such a memorable experience! The air conditioning kept the apartment wonderfully cool (a huge plus in the Roman summer!), the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt clean and welcoming. Gabrielle was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and so accommodating. 10 out of 10—I’d absolutely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar (5-15 Minuten). Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Alles super.

Location veramente bella, con vista molto suggestiva. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca un po' di relax o anche x passare del tempo in famiglia. Molto particolare nelle forme e anche nell'arredo. Pietro è un proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. È sicuramente un luogo in cui ci piacerebbe tornare.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - so convenient to get to all the attractions. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We loved the stylish and cozy interior design - you can tell the host put a lot of thought into making it beautiful. Special mention goes to our host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were always available when we needed assistance. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed every minute of our time in this lovely apartment which I highly recommend. Everything from the kitchen, the bathrooms to the bedrooms are very well designed and very tasteful. It was always very nice to come back to the apartment after a long day in Rome. The area has a convenient supermarket nearby, there are also lots of restaurants and it is very close to the metro. Additionally, the hosts were very hospitable and kind. Book this apartment without hesitation! We look forward to a return stay.
