Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for little children. A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.
