Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Promenade Beach

That was a wonderful trip to Pondichery and fantastic stay! Thank you very much Pranav! The house itself is old French style and beautiful. You guys did such a wonderful job of setting it up. Such interesting decor, each a conversation piece. Plus So many small thoughtful things around made our stay more special. The place is just minutes away from the seashore and all the happening cafes and restaurants. We watched the sun rise and moon rise all the days we stayed there. My 80 year old mom insisted on walking to the beach each morning! It’s a very spacious house with large bedrooms so 5 of us ladies stayed comfortably. Only issue there’s only one attached bath and the other two and behind the kitchen. (It is mentioned in the listing though!) Other than that a great place to see Pondicherry from.

Karthik's place is very beautifully designed and has a spacious kitchen and patio area outside to unwind. The place was kept very clean and all amenities were provided. The stay has a great location as well which made our travel in Pondicherry very convenient. Karthik was a very responsive host and helped us with recommendations for places to visit and provided us with any amenities we needed promptly. Overall it's a very good stay worth the money.

It was a comfortable stay. Felt like home away from home. Travelling with kids is demanding and this place had everything a house should have which was convenient and made our stay comfortable. Not to forget a nice terrace to relax.

If it were possible, I would rate this place 10,000/10 Such an incredible location with stunning ambience and remarkable architecture—truly a stay like never before. A big salute to Captain Anand for his exceptional sense of style, warm words, and friendly approach. His taste and attention to detail made all the difference. I also want to give a special mention to the wonderful staff, who were all so friendly and welcoming—especially Santhiya and Jack, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our stay at Ranjith's Salt House was delightful. As a family of five, we found the space to be perfectly accommodating. The property is just steps from the beach, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it’s only 5-10 minutes from all the major tourist attractions, yet still removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house was impeccably clean, well equipped with all the amenities and beautifully decorated with a seaside theme, down to the smallest details. Ranjith's photographs added a lovely touch to the ambiance. There were grocery stores conveniently located just few houses away, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Since the property is located by the beach, the absence of on-site car parking wasn't a concern. There was plenty of open space for safe parking, as nearly all the cars in the area utilized the same space. Ranjith was incredibly proactive and helpful, always just a text away. The place is an apartment away from home and centrally located to walk to all the sights and attractions. The apartment is private and secluded away from the noise of the city. All my requests were responded to and anything I needed help with, I was responded to promptly. Thank you 🙏🏼

We were a family of 6 including kids and senior citizen parents. Monica was very prompt in her responses and the house is exactly as represented in pics, very neat, safe and comfortable with all modern amenities. The fact that the house has parking for 2 vehicles and easily accessible is the highlight. Check-in and check-out was also very easy and smooth. We had a very comfortable stay and will come again. Definitely recommend the host and home for stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jhooma's beautiful home in Pondicherry! From the moment we arrived, Jhooma made us feel welcome and at ease. Her house is perfectly located to explore the popular areas of Pondicherry, and she provided us with a detailed itinerary to make the most of our trip. Jhooma was an absolute sweetheart, always available to help us with anything we needed. She went above and beyond to assist us with scooty rentals and travel arrangements, making our stay even more seamless. The house itself was stunning, spotlessly clean, and perfectly maintained. We had no issues whatsoever and felt right at home. Jhooma's understanding nature and willingness to accommodate our needs made our stay truly unforgettable. We had an excellent time exploring Bangalore (I think there's a slight mix-up here since the review mentions Pondicherry, all thanks to her expert guidance and support. We can't recommend her and her home highly enough!

Terk's place was a real find! The room was not only clean and organized but also felt really welcoming. The first thing you notice is just how much space there is – definitely not cramped at all! It was surprisingly peaceful and quiet despite being right in the city center, which was a huge plus for us! And Terk himself was super accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always quick and easy to get in touch with. Overall, it was a really comfortable, relaxing, and hassle-free stay. We definitely want to visit again! The stay was amazing with all the possible amenities required during the vacation. It is very close to the beach and many famous cafes. The home felt like home with calm surroundings.

Had a great time at UshAnu! Anu and Cj Raichura were great hosts. They accommodated our early check in and late check out requests. Anu made sure we were comfortable in every way possible. She proactively asked if we needed help with anything in and around Pondi. She kept snacks for us. She gave us local recommendations and also told us the ideal time to visit them. Overall she was extremely friendly, and it felt very comforting. Highly recommend UshAnu if you want to stay in White Town!

One of the most aesthetically pleasing places you could rent in the beautiful town of Pondicherry. The co-host Mr. Kuharaj was gem to deal with. It’s right in the centre of the town and is walkable to all the attractions. The only drawback was the unavailability of car parking. As the property is located in a bustling commercial Street, parking your car close to the stay is a problem. Overall had a wonderful stay at Casa Mel.

We stayed for 2 nights at Infinity Km and had an amazing time. The place has a cozy, homely vibe with a beautiful aesthetic, looked exactly like the pictures. The location was ideal too, with lots of cafes nearby. Abner and Yuvasree were super friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great spot to relax . Totally recommend it if you're planning a trip to Pondy!

Everything was good including the host Mr Dhansekhar. The checkin was good and hassle free and welcomed by Mr.Dhansekhar. felt like home. The location was great and you get everything in walkable distance. He was available anytime and to help you with any concern. My kid loved the long drawing hall and she played their a lot. The only challenging part was the parking as there was no dedicated parking instead you have to wait till someone removes bike and then you will be able to park. But would definitely will visit next time I am travelling to Pondicherry with my family.

I would recommend. It’s got all you need as a base to enjoy Pondy. Responsive host. All (minor) issues were sorted promptly. Cosy and comfortable place. Wish I had time to stay longer!

We loved our stay at Riyas's place. The flat was spacious, clean & comfortable. Centrally located in Pondicherry. Loved the balconies for a sit-out and it has a great view of the nearby temple. While it was not an issue for us, due to its proximity to the temple, there is the constant sound of the temple prayers at differing times of the day. Hence, if you are looking for complete silence & peace, this may not be the place for you. This place also comes with a covered car parking, which is a big plus.

Well maintained modern apartment with lift (wheelchair accessible) and dedicated outdoor car park. Kitchen had adequate appliances and crockeries. Two balconies with washing machine helped washing clothes. Very close to the white town and beach area, 10-15 mins by walk. Quiet neighbourhood and overall positive experience. Spacious dining table helped us to order in and have family lunch/dinner. I would recommend for a family or couples stay.

Pros: 1) Covered Car Parking. 2) Responsive and thoughtful host ( she kept some eatables for us during check-in) 3) AC even in the living room . 4) Necessary amenities 5) Lift 6) Far from the hustle of the crowd but still located within walking/driving reach of the happening places. Improvement points: 1) In-house RO facility ( 10L can was provided and host did fill up whenever needed) . 2) A door peep hole will help in knowing who is knocking the door before opening it to strangers. Suggestion to reach location: Please take the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Road (which takes 1 -2 mins more than Google suggested route) as the access road in between is very narrow and roadwork was going on. Overall, definitely a place to visit for a pleasant stay in Pondicherry. thanks for the nice memories. 😃

We stayed here for 3 days and this was worth every single penny we spend . Firstly let me begin by thanking the host . she was such a sweetheart and gave me very clear navigation to the place and this place is in prime location so it's very comfortable. The entire house was extremely cute; she has put so much thoughts into it and I can see her creativity in the home. As a person with OCD, I really felt home in this place . everything was extremely clean and very neatly organized . This place is close to bus stand, beach, we have rentals nearby so accessiblity was a piece of cake here . Host was extremely friendly and really helped whenever needed . caretaker was also such a sweetheart and was extremely helpful . More than the place, the amenities, the comfort , Iam very much moved by the hospitality . Whoever reading this is planning to book, please go for it . It's totally worth it. Ive never been to a better place. Thank you so much for this amazing experience!!!

About property :- Our stay experience was fantastic, right in front of beach as visible in pictures which is just 50 mtr away. The places that are the heart of city (rock beach, beach road , white town) are at a walkable distance making it an accessible location. It has all the amenities one can think of and which probably could not be add in the web page. Ample parking space on road side. We came with family and kids and it was wonderful experience. Home away from home with all facilities round the clock with Swiggy , Zomato and even Swiggy Insta mart. About Host :- Nishtha and Mudit are amazing host. Their warm welcome just set the tone right for our vacations. They also guided us in a way to explore maximum places, the most convenient way in our short span of stay. Many thanks to their quick responses most of the time😊. We strongly recommend this homestay as location and host, both are super cool 😎hope it helps.
