Retouching

Depending on the size of your property, you will receive between 15 and 25 retouched images. On average, the new images will be live on your listing page within one week of the photoshoot.After the images are published to your listing, you can re-order or delete to your satisfaction.

FAQs
Will I receive a copy of the retouched images?
Once your images are approved, they are published to your listing, where you can then change their order, delete, and/or add captions. We are unable to send the images directly to you, but you do have the option of downloading them directly from your Airbnb listing page. Here is an FAQ with simple instructions.
Can I choose which images will be published on my listing page?
Our editors will curate a selection of images taken by the photographer. They will retouch and upload them to your listing page. You have full control of your images: you can reorder them, delete or add new images. You can also add captions.
What will happen to my existing images?
After the photoshoot is complete, our photo editors will retouch the images and upload them to your listing page. None of your existing images will be removed. Check this help article to learn more about how you can edit, add, or remove any of these images.
How long will it take to get the retouched images on my listing page?
Once the photoshoot is complete, the new images will typically be published to your listing page within 8 days.
How long will it take to get connected to a photographer?
Once you have accepted the pro photography offer, we will then connect you with a local photographer. It usually takes about 48 hours to get connected to a local photographer. Please note that this service is subject to the freelance photographer's availability and whether there are photographers in your market.
How can I reschedule my photoshoot?
If you need to reschedule your photoshoot date, please get in touch with your assigned photographer. Please give your photographer at least 24 hours notice.
How do I prepare for the photoshoot?
Make sure your listing is tidy and clutter-free before the shoot, read more tips here. We also recommend reviewing the resources available on your photoshoot timeline page on Elevate.
Do I need to be present during the photoshoot?
You do not have to be present but you’ll need to make sure the photographer has the ability to access your listing. Please also be sure to communicate any special requests to the photographer prior to the photoshoot. We ask that your house is photoshoot-ready by 8:00 AM the day of the scheduled appointment.
What happens if I want to cancel after I request the service?
Please let your photographer know as soon as possible. If you cancel within 24 hours of the photoshoot, we reserve the right to charge you a $50 late cancellation fee to compensate the photographer.
