met our goal, was close to our commitment, we liked it very much

Douglas and his mother were very kind and helpful. We were on a trip with family (5 people) and we needed a place to stay the night and work the next day. The outdoor space is beautiful, large, with swimming pool - ideal for events. The house has 1 bedroom with double bed and a living room, as described in the listing. However, the room is integrated into the external area, is open (there is no door). As we were in 5, two people had to sleep there, practically outside. The house is ideal for 2 people (if you go to sleep), but for events it is great. That was the only downside. Despite this, the stay met our needs for 1 night, internet is good, looks safe, and the hosts were great.

The location is good, the condominium is super quiet, very easy to enter. The stay was excellent, delivered what you promised, the rooms are great, the kitchen is very complete, we can cook quietly. Only thing is that the shower was burnt, but I talked to Mrs. Anna, she tried to find people to fix it, but as she struggled, she negotiated a discount on the stay. It is super accessible, responds quickly, is well worth hosting.
