Lading for elbil på plassen, samt hurtiglader like i nærheten. Beliggenhet i naturskjønt område i Stavanger men med kort vei til severdigheter, uteliv og eller mulighet for bare å nyte rolig sjarm. In the heart of Rosendal. The flat have a good standard and a garden where you and your family can enjoy. Just a short walk away are: Restautants, shops, Baroniet, tourist information, stone park, marine area with kayak and bicycle rentals, Folgefonna national center and the beach. The hike to Melderskin 1426 m starts in walking distance from the house. After the hike you can take a swim in Hardangerfjorden. 1 hour drive away are Odda and Trolltunga.
