Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Predeluț

Gazda ne-a comunicat toate detaliile și a fost foarte receptivă în momentul în care am avut nevoie de ajutor. Casa este foarte frumos amenajată, ai tot ce îți trebuie. Cel mai probabil, fix ce ai uitat acasă vei găsi la cazare. Terasa dispune de un șemineu ușor de folosit, având la dispoziție lemne și ustensile pentru grătar. Fiecare oaspete a avut la dispoziție un halat de baie, prosop și papuci. Singura problemă, dacă o pot numi așa neapărat, a fost faptul dacă se face duș simultan la parter și etaj, boilerul nu prea face față și temperatura apei fluctuează de la rece la cald. În rest, totul bine și recomandăm cu drag cazarea.

Ne am îndrăgostit de vibe-ul casei din primele minute, locație superbă și liniștită. Călduroasă casa și toate facilitățile de care ai putea avea nevoie. Spatii comune pentru socializare foarte încăpătoare. Ne-am simțit foarte bine, recomand cu incredere.

Nicole’s place is outstanding. It meets and then exceeds expectations. Host is gracious and always available. I highly recommend the Ghimbav home to all who come to the Brasov area.

Ne-am simțit excelent acasă la Octavian, iar el a fost întotdeauna foarte amabil și ne-a ajutat cu tot ceea ce am avut nevoie, chiar și de la distanță. Toată familia lui a fost de asemenea foarte prietenoasă. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Căsuța este decorată cu bun gust, iar grădina e un mic colț de rai.

The villa is very suitable for a large family — we were 11 people, including 4 children. Each room has its own private bathroom and shower, which is very convenient. The villa is located outside of Brașov, but we reached the city center in about a 10-minute drive. In our opinion, the drive was worth the spaciousness we got at the villa. It’s important to note that the shared area is in a separate space — you go one floor down (below ground level), and there is a large kitchen with tables and sofas. Although it’s not connected directly to the rooms, we spent a lot of time there together and it was nice. It also makes the room area very quiet for those who want to sleep. Alexander, the host, was very pleasant and helpful with whatever we needed. We highly recommend this place.

Accommodation is amazing, it's a very beautiful apartment, clean, cozy and with attention to details. We loved it and we would come back to the same place! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out very easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee and other soft drinks. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We absolutely loved our time at Lioara’s apartment! The balcony is just amazing and the view is better than pictured in the listing, best view of the Brașov sign in the city! The bath is massive and the bedroom is great with views across the city and a comfy bed. Sitting just on the edge of the old town, 10 minute walk to council square and the black church. The apartment is at the top of a VERY steep hill but it’s worth the climb for the views you get. The air conditioning in the apartment is very welcoming on a hot day and we’ve had some beautiful weather for our stay. Half an hours drive to Bran Castle and an hours drive to Peles castle. We definitely plan on coming back and staying again, thank you 🖤

Alex was a fantastic host . The apartment is centrally located - 7-10 minute walk to the old town . Spotlessly clean … and smells lovely throughout the flat . Highly recommend for a single traveller or a couple . The flat has everything you could need on your holiday .

We were a group of friends looking to combine a long weekend with a few days of remote work. Christopher's place was the perfect place for this. The house is big, confortable, well equipped and it has an amazing view and beautiful garden that can be admired from so many places: the balcony, the patio, the chaiselongue in the courtyard or the couch inside. Christopher was very friendly, he provided clear instructions to reach the property and the checkin was very smooth. The wifi connection was good and the area has good mobile network. It was a great stay, one of the rare moments when we discovered a place even nicer than in the photos. PS: the two cats were a bonus, very friendly and adorable!

This place was way more than we expected! The location offers the best view.. it is remote but just 7-10 minutes by car to supermarket. So do not forget on the way there to grab food and fresh meat and things for barbecue, which you can make right in the courtyard . villa itself is beautiful. Right from the couch you can see the valley.. there is some things that you need to prepare , like do not forget your shampoo and shower gel, but the rest is there.. so for us this place was about beauty and tranquility. The lady was very responsive. And the dog was super friendly and playful. We would love to be back

Fantastic host and property. Amalia was more than accommodating and very friendly and responsive. Property well maintained and clean, stunning views from the balcony and lovely front and back garden, adequate room for kids to play outside. Remus was also there to support at any time if needed. Social place on top floor was amazing and enjoyable bringing everyone together for the day or evening . Overall lovely stay and I would recommend.
