Villa holiday rentals in Predeal

We had a great time staying at the Sunset villa. The house had everything: great common place, functional kitchen, nice and cosy bedrooms. It is ideal for the stay to go skiing in the neighborhood: we enjoyed slopes of Predeal and Poiana. Parking is available directly in front of the house. Villa also features a big outside space with opportunity for bbq (which we happily used) Lovely Victoria and Igor checked us in and have always been available to answer any questions and were very helpful. If we have a chance we would have loved to come back again. Can totally recommend it

Отличный дом. Много место. Прекрасно подходит для большой компании. Есть место для барбекю. Очень хорошо что есть большая гостиная с камином. Посудомойка очень упростила пребывание. Все комнаты чистые и ухоженные. В каждой комнате есть душ и туалет. Всё в пешой доступности. Обязательно вернёмся в следующий раз.

We were a group of friends looking to combine a long weekend with a few days of remote work. Christopher's place was the perfect place for this. The house is big, confortable, well equipped and it has an amazing view and beautiful garden that can be admired from so many places: the balcony, the patio, the chaiselongue in the courtyard or the couch inside. Christopher was very friendly, he provided clear instructions to reach the property and the checkin was very smooth. The wifi connection was good and the area has good mobile network. It was a great stay, one of the rare moments when we discovered a place even nicer than in the photos. PS: the two cats were a bonus, very friendly and adorable!

On the edge of the lovely old town of Brasov. Bus stop close to the house was good as parking in old Brasov was limited. House was clean and comfortable with some glamour.

Gazdele foarte primitoare, mereu disponibile și dornice să ne facă șederea mai plăcută. Locația este perfecta pentru câteva zile de liniște, nu ne-a lipsit nimic, iar fotografiile reflecta realitatea. Noi am fost un grup de 20 de persoane, sub capacitatea locației, deci am avut spațiu personal din plin. As recomanda locația oricând!

Am stat 2 nopți pentru a Sărbători Ziua tatălui meu. Am fost 11 persoane și am avut fiecare camera lui cu baie privată Ceea ce a fost superb. Am avut apa calda, caldura in casa, chiar foarrte cald, deci aduceți-va tricouri si daca veniti iarna:))) livingul este mai mare decat se vede in poze, ceea ce pentru noi a fost minunat. Exista baie de serviciu la parter, iar una dintre camere este tot la parter, iar restu de 5 dormitoare sunt la etajul 1. Noi ne-am simtit extrem de bine, am avut absolut tot ce ne-a trebuit, am facut si gratar, iar gazdele sunt niste oameni minunati care au fost acolo sa ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie!🖤 ei stau in casa de vis-a-vis.

O vila foarte frumoasă situată într-o zona liniștită, dotata cu tot ce ai avea nevoie. Am făcut un grătar si am mâncat pe terasă într-un ambient foarte plăcut. Gazda a răspuns prompt solicitărilor noastre. Recomand, mai venim.

We spent an extended weekend at Bogdan's villa and had a wonderful stay. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, with well-maintained interiors. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We particularly appreciated the well-functioning and pre-filled coffee machine, which was a thoughtful touch. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher, but apart from that, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

O vila cu o priveliște foarte frumoasa , spațioasă și liniștita

The area was nice and the house was very clean. Everything you could need from coffee, to tissue rolls to towels to kitchen utensils are available. The owners are really nice and very responsive. The check-in process was really smooth. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Their place was a 10/10 i fully recommend. البيت عباره عن مبنى جديد مقسوم نصين (فلتين) في سور واحد و تكفي عائله من 8 اشخاص. نظيف جدا، واسع، التكييف متوفر في كل الغرف و البيت فيه كل الادوات الي ممكن تحتاجونها. الدخول عن طريق رقم سري يوصلكم ف الايميل في نفس يوم الوصول. مالك السكن طيب و يتجاوب بسرعه مع اي سؤال حتى لو في وقت متأخر. انصح في السكن و انشاءالله اننا بنكرر الزياره.

Amazing! But do note that the house booked on airbnb only has room for 14 people to sleep, you can book the other house or sleep on the sleeping couch in the living room if you are with more.

STAY HERE! This is the best airbnb we ever had, hands down, period. Corina is super communicative and helpful, the house is fresh, spacious, and full of amenities, and the view is breathtaking. There is a lot of room outside to sit, play, and eat. Corina really did think of everything. We absolutely can't wait to come back and bring along more of the family. This is the perfect spot for a getaway any time of the year. Don't miss out.

We had a very nice stay. It was just one night but it was a very comfortable residence. It has everything you need and it was clean quiet. The living room on the ground floor and the garden are ver nice too. One extra point, you car stay very safe on parking place. I totally recommend it.

A perfect place for a family vacation, spacious, clean and with a lot of thought given to all the little details including spacious rooms, abundant showers, heated pool, hot tub, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen (there are 2 refrigerators), huge garden and beautiful views. The villa really has everything you need for a perfect extended family vacation. A level of equipment and cleanliness similar to a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended The owner of the villa is very kind and very helpful.

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Villa Ambient. Three generations staying together for a wonderful holiday. The accommodation of six bedrooms is split between the two buildings which are a few steps across the courtyard from each other. Two bedrooms in the building housing the kitchen, dining room and cellar. Very useful is the washing machine in the ground floor toilet. The second building hosts the swimming pool, a ground floor bedroom and then three further bedrooms on the upper floor together with the games room. The swimming pool is incredible - lovely size and together with the sauna provided hours of entertainment. The pool table as great on an evening and with the wooden top can also be used as a table tennis table. Altogether great amenities. The bedrooms were all spacious and with private bathrooms with very powerful showers/baths and an abundance of hot water. Altogether we could not have been happier with the accommodation. The only item which needs a bit of attention is the dishwasher.
