Davos Dorf train station is a 6 min walk away. The apartment has modern furnishings, a balcony, a large cozy double double bed (sofa bed), two single beds, a kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.
