Beautiful home! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! We thought the location was perfect as well!

It was a perfect accommodation, down to the details at check-in that were necessary. There is a great kitchen and a nice living room, large rooms, the pool and Jacuzzi are great, a quiet friendly neighborhood, 8 minutes drive from the center

Its a bit far from town but that's good since there is so much traffic downtown. There are many excellent restaurants just a short drive away so a car is recommended. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook your own meals. The Village Market is just 10 minutes by car away. The pool was very nice. Very comfortable accommodations. The bed very comfortable and the long couch is nice for a good book read

Our second stay at Orawan 's villa. Our previous review still stands with one exception, we know Orawan more now. Orawan is the most understanding, responsive host. The villa has everything you could need, the housekeeper is very attentive and keeps the villa fresh and clean. Orawan is on hand to help with any queries, or concerns. Opposite the villa is a good restaurant and big pool. Can highly recommend this villa, having a great host makes the world of difference.

The place was cleaned and as described. The host was friendly and responsive. It's in a good location close to amenities. Good value for your bucks.

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

Great place for large extended family vacation. Good location, huge property & pool. Ideal for families with kids! Chanat is a great host, very quick to reply and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more appliances and utensils and a bigger fridge, given the size of the property. Some maintenance is needed for drains and aircon, but managed to make it work for our stay. The chemicals used to maintain the pool made our swimsuits green, but think it will come out in the wash. Overall a great family stay!

It’s a lovely accommodation in a great central location. Private beach access is lovely and convenient. Great interior and layout that feels modern and artsy. Great bedding and cooling system. Would be perfect if shower water pressure could be stronger. Other than that, it’s lovely and quiet.

A perfect place to stay with friends and family! The neighborhood felt very safe and private. The house is beautifully designed, especially the living room, which is soundproof and super comfy. There are board games to enjoy and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking! K. Rin, the house manager is incredibly kind, and the host responds very quickly. Highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

Great Location, neighbourhood is great. need transportation to get around. house is big with a great sized pool and alfresco area. Not far from the coast where you will find the beach, bars and restaurants. Won's bar is walking distance where you can rent a motorbike and there's a cheap Thai cook around the corner before the swamp with large portions and very cheap!!!

Great place, nice to relax with friends. Would stay here again. There are all amenities, an excellent grill and kitchen

The accommodation is clean and has a lot of living space. It is suitable for family trips or groups of friends. Fully equipped. There is parking for 1 car in front of the house. I recommend traveling together or you can park your car at the entrance to the alley next to the bank. There are lights, so it's not dark or scary. 😄❤️😄

A truly wonderful AirBnB experience. Communication from the beginning was proactive, easy and welcoming. The house was amazingly clean, it is very well set up and welcoming - we felt comfortably at home immediately. The location is peaceful and relaxing yet very accessible to explore with many cafes and restaurants about. The co-host and her husband are great and helped use settle in and they were always available to help, offer advice and give suggestions. We do look forward to returning. With many thanks.

For 16 of us, this place was perfect. Location was nearby to a shopping mall called Market Village. The housekeeper was very helpful and when we faced a water and electricity problem she came down within 10mins and got the owner to come down to solve the issues too. Facilities were great. Washing machine, rooms are perfect. Check in was easy. Ample parking space.

We stayed at this place several times now and it's always our first choice when we return to Pak Nam Pran. It's in a convenient location, and easy to drive into Pranburi town or Hua Hin, Khao Kalok, or Sam Roi Yot. It's also on a little dead-end street, so except for the occasional dog bark it's super quiet. Most importantly, it's also pet-friendly and our dog always is happy to return here.

Tusanee was a great host, very accommodating and the little splash pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for a lovely little lunch we put together... most definitely stay again if we pass HuaHin area

We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!
