Best stay in Santos! The apartment is exceptional, combined with a strategic location - you don't need a car for anything, everything is close by. Marcus kept me informed of the operation of the environment and, even when I had doubts, he answered me promptly. I'll be back more often for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

I want to congratulate Cesar for the extremely clean and well-equipped apartment, I swear I dream! I felt so welcome and as if I were at home. Cesar's apartment had everything we needed: Kitchen with pots, very good and technological stove, extremely clean dishes, very warm and fragrant blanket… I recommend the apartment and I would definitely come back more often! I had no trouble entering the building, and also in reaching the destination. A tip for those who need it, it is very close to Av. Presidente Wilson, which has many varieties of places, gyms, markets, McDonalds, and everything is very close and safe. I was able to have a very peaceful night. I also want to add here about the balcony view, which is very beautiful and quiet. Without much traffic noise, I thought it was very nice. Thank you Cesar for the impeccable accommodation! Our experience was incredible!!!! From the 1st contact to check-out, Rosa was kind, attentive and empathetic. Very helpful, she greeted us personally at check-in and introduced us to all the amenities of the condominium and apartment. The condominium offers many leisure options, the heated pool is wonderful...very polite staff and a safe place. The apartment is extremely comfortable, equipped and very well decorated. He left the condominium and crossed the street, he is already on the beach!!!! Comfortable beds, great shower and the view from the balcony to the sea is SPECTACULAR!!!!!!! An indescribable spectacle.... We slept with the sound of the sea... The region offers everything, we don't take the car out of the garage for anything. Next to the condominium, there is a Carrefour and a 24-hour pharmacy. The beachfront is beautiful, structured and safe with many dining and leisure options. Rosa's recommendation of the bakery and cafeteria is a gift for us guests! I recommend everyone to visit. We will definitely return!!!

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and with everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned rooms. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view of the sea! Waking up to that landscape was a privilege. Communication with Andressa was also excellent, always attentive and available. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend!

Apartment with spectacular location. Breakfast served on weekends (paid separately) is sufficient and very pleasant. Condominium with a great leisure area, swimming pools with water at a pleasant temperature, attentive staff. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, I would return again with peace of mind.

I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The house is great. The village has completely met our expectations. Even in the cold we enjoyed the sauna, heated pool and barbecue area. All very pleasant. Renata is very good at communicating and always willing to help with whatever I needed. I recommend it for those who want pleasant moments with the family.

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of SP with comfort and practicality.

It was a great stay! The house is very good, very well equipped. The appointment of Lucimar to help with the cleaning and cooking was a blessing! The condominium is very good, very safe, structure of toys and courts for children, restaurant inside the condominium for lunch, grocery for emergency items within the condominium. 4 tennis courts in great condition! The structure of the condominium on the edge of the tb beach is quite complete. Negative points: The condo beach structure only works on weekends, holidays and high season. The distance from the house to the beach to go on foot, but if you have the elderly or small children, you will have to use a car.
