Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia Ocian

I loved the apzinho, ideal for 1 person, excellent tv, 2 fans, comfortable bed, super well-equipped, shower a delight, I felt comfortable and safe the host is attentive. I loved it and want to come back!!

Our experience was amazing! Albert's apartment is impeccable, everything is very clean, organized, fragrant and exactly as in the photos. It has all the necessary utensils, both for preparing a breakfast and for a comfortable stay — bed, shower, kitchen, everything perfect! The location is wonderful, close to the beach and downtown, with easy access to markets, shops and restaurants. Albert was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages, instructed us very well and was super flexible with schedules, which made all the difference. Our stay was short, but wonderful! We will definitely return and highly recommend!

We hosted me and my friend, Geisa and her mother were super solicitous, the apartment was clean, more beautiful than the photos. The bed in the bedroom is wonderful, very comfortable, you can take a nap😝. Enough kitchen utensils.

It was my first time renting through Airbnb and it was a marvelous experience, safe building has elevator, it's prox the beach was all very good.

The kitchen of the house has utensils to spare and has well met our needs. we will definitely return to us to host and I highly recommend it.

Cristina and her husband are super attentive, wonderful house, it was cold, but the house overcame this issue, heated pool, hydro in the suite, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and perfect TVs, really complete house perfect to enjoy rest, we enjoyed our stay too much. We will definitely be back.

The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works very well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and yet I was able to enjoy it. The Hosts were very requested and responded promptly to me when I needed it. In addition, the condominium cleaning staff is available for any more urgent needs with bed linen etc.

The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. I've always had a quick return from hosts. The apartment is close to everything, not needing a car for anything, but since I was by car, I went to the mall, but it's close, that uber wouldn't be expensive. There was only 1 service elevator that is used to take trash, change, go and come back from the beach and/or pool, so sometimes we wait for more than 10 minutes, but that is not the fault of the host or there is nothing to do. As it is a stay, it doesn't get in the way. For two people, I found a little more expensive than other nearby opportunities, but those who want convenience and close to everything, pay for it. I wanted to give me this luxury, because it was a vacation.

Since the first contact to answer questions, Ricardo was very receptive and very attentive, the apartment is excellent. And he was very responsive and concerned about our well-being from the entrance to the exit. I recommend with my eyes closed. It is logical that I will come back other times.
