Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Praia Grande

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

We had a wonderful 7 days, the house smelled good, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house as a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who enjoyed the house and the beach a lot. Quiet neighborhood, many shopping options, quiet streets day and night. We thank the hosts José and Laura for welcoming us with affection, always giving tips on places and restaurants. Beautiful beach, we had no difficulty getting there, wonderful experience, I recommend the space to everyone.

We had an unforeseen event and ended up going to this apartment at the last minute and he met all our expectations, Carlos was super attentive to receiving us. The building's garage is very tight, if you go in front, you just go reverse with the car you can't maneuver in the garage, except if you are lucky enough to have no car there that's hard,kkkkk. The garage is very tight for the host, it is not a criticism and only an observation is tip ,also if you go, you will already know...( elevator needs maintenance) In general are details that will not spoil or make your tour or your lodging tense but I believe it helps to speak my impressions on site, the doorman was very polite at the time of the checklist. We had an amazing stay at Junior's. The apartment is great and very well located. There is lot of things to do around (Beach, orchids Parc, skatepark, playground for kids, etc...) Junior is very responsive and full of good recommendation. Thank you very much

We love our stay, José was very attentive from the first contact, super polite and helpful. The apartment is a grace, all very clean, very close to the beach, to markets and bakeries. It is possible to go to the apé beach, about 5 minutes walking at the most, the very quiet condominium, we were able to take the rest days we needed, and we will certainly return. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
