The location is the strength of the apto! Even though I can't get a car into the square, there's a parking lot nearby and I could do everything by walking. The apartment is small but cozy. The only point is that the ceiling of the second bedroom is low and does not have as much circulation, but it has air conditioning and is comfortable to sleep. Rapid, pro-active host.

Amazing place and n the best part of Trancoso. Lovely gardens and pool, 24 hour security and very quiet even though the entrance is within the Quardrato. Jennifer’s lovely place has a gorgeous outdoor area and the lovely Zilda to prepare breakfast and keep everything perfectly clean and in order. We had the best, most relaxing and fun time. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this property!

The place is wonderful, the park ,the pool area,at night as it is illuminated ,it is beautiful,the house has everything is very comfortable , it has all the appliances you imagine, full kitchen,the room at the top,it is spacious and like a good view ( a little uncomfortable the bathroom downstairs) but worth it, 100 mts from the beach and the touch of the combis that take you to the raft or downtown ,in conclusion I recommend it without any doubt

Our stay at Casa Sapucaia was unforgettable. The house is beautifully designed with ornate, thoughtful details throughout – fresh flowers, handcrafted touches, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s spacious yet cosy, immaculately clean, and very well equipped. The staff were wonderful – warm, helpful and discreet, and kept everything spotless. The beach is just a short walk away, and Trancoso town is a 20-minute walk or an easy 5-minute taxi ride. Thomas was also fantastic – always quick to respond, incredibly thoughtful, and made everything feel seamless. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

The apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, laundry with washing machine and a beautiful balcony with hammocks, table and chairs. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils for a good stay. The shower has good water flow, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the place is extremely quiet and quiet. It was all clean, including the bed and bath linens. It is only 1 block from Taperapuan Beach, easy to drive by bus and Uber to various sights The staff were very polite. Our stay at Ondas Beach Resort was wonderful. The structure of the hotel is very good, all very clean and the service of the employees is of excellence. The whirlpool, swimming pools, fitness center, playground and excellent restaurants. The comfort of crossing the street and being on the beach, with the care of the resort, which offers an employee to cross guests and a beach structure with bathrooms, shower, tables and chairs, a little bar ... The day I confirmed the reservation, Renise already made contact. The house was released as soon as the cleaning was finished, as we arrived early in Porto Seguro. When we arrived, I received very clear instructions to pick up the keys and gate control. The house was super clean and organized. Refrigerator and cabinets clean and organized. Beds with clean bed linen and towels. Oh, and despite having air conditioning, the house is super ventilated and with daylight radiating into all the rooms. I felt at home.

Impeccable house, great value for money, house had everything, very well organized, clean and comfortable. We have been answered super fast when we need it. We only had one issue with a person who had rented previously but we reported it to the hosts and everything was fine. I'd definitely come back.
