The stay was wonderful, mainly due to the privileged location, as it is only two blocks from the sea, it has a bakery across the street, a church on the other side, a super nice corner bar, there is also a very traditional street bar, top meatball and great prices, besides the nearby market, a fruit shop that you can go to on foot, a gas station, I really didn't want to leave. The practicality of the check-in and Checkout is also a differential, a point of attention not to forget to take the basics, as well as: toilet paper, towels, bed linen, as described in the advertisement. The house of the Sabiás is charming! It exceeded expectations. It's too big. Many rooms, beds, bathrooms, crockery, fans...There is everything in the house, there is nothing missing. Very good accommodation, close to the quieter beach (because on the beach of morro do cristo, it had 1 sound box per square meter). Very close to a large supermarket. Tight space for maneuvering and parking the car in the garage. Great apartment, with large balcony and barbecue area, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms but with a ceiling fan in the other rooms, 2 good bathrooms, all appliances. Comfortable Camas. I highly recommend to those looking for these points above.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.
