The stay was great, it is very close to the Ferris wheel, restaurants, grocery store and next to the building, and as for access to the beach, it is just across the street. The apartment is large, and with all the furniture you need to feel at home. All rooms with bedding, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets, and bath and face towels, all complete. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, wonderful. Air conditioning in all rooms, and a balcony with a view of the sea, which, here's a tip, deserves a table for breakfast or a special dinner. We loved the accommodation, and we intend to return as soon as possible.

The stay was very good, the apartment has everything necessary to feel at home. Comfortable furniture, wonderful view and balcony, all very clean. In this location the beach is a little quieter because it is in Barra Sul. The host responds very quickly, considerate and friendly. We would return for a new stay.

We loved it from beginning to end, the only bad part was having to leave, but we resolved this quickly, we will return to reside in the region very soon, as for the stay in the property it was wonderful, I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax, recharge and see the most beautiful beaches and landscape of the state😍. 10/10 in all aspects ☺️

Bruno was very requested from the first contact! The apto is a few steps from the beach. Clean and calm environment, accept pets what I loved because I have 2 kittens who always travel with me! Bruno also gave us useful places! Super recommend!!

The place is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is clean and very organized, the building's infrastructure is sensational. For those with small children, there is a toy library, and in the space itself, they thought of every detail, even leaving a box with children's books and toys to distract the little ones during their stay. In particular, I want to highlight Leila's kindness, who was very kind, helpful, and always gave us the support we needed. I really felt at home! 🏡 I highly recommend the space!! 🫶🏻

The house is very good, bed linen was fragrant, everything was very clean and organized. Iolanda welcomed us very well, she was very proactive and Lolla is a sweetheart!!!

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

I loved the stay at Carol's place I confess that I was afraid because the location here does not match that of the place, but Carol was super requests and called us and explained the right address and everything went well at the end. Amamos muuuito the place, the house is great, a very rustic, pleasant and cozy environment. I appreciate Carol's care with the local instructions and tips. The shipyard beach is the best in the region, without a doubt. Many thanks for everything and for making our trip amazing.. we will certainly be back!!

Casatima with everything you need to stay on holiday where you can accommodate 12 people in comfort because they are 3 bedrooms and space for 3 cars the whole family thanks the hospitality whenever we need something was just to get in touch and respond at the very good time everything thank you and super recommend.

The apartment is wonderful, has a beautiful balcony with view to the sea, well divided, has utensils for cooking at home, washing machine, as well as the condominium where it is, which has a sensational infrastructure, with swimming pool, convenience, sports court, garage for two cars, 24h concierge. The location is also very good, close to the sea, the Brava Mall mall and other useful places such as market, bars etc. The host Rogério was very attentive, giving us all the information necessary for a good stay, as well as local tips, which helps a lot. Finally, the stay was sensational, my family and I have to thank you and we hope one day to return!

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
