Waterfront holiday rentals in Praia de Maracaípe

The hosts were attentive to our request to fix some details that we found (small cleaning details, so they sent the service staff to fix it, also a small detail in the air conditioning in the dining room that was fixed as soon as possible.) All of the above did not prevent the enjoyment and comfort of the "cupe living" complex, nor did it affect our stay,at all. Communication with hosts was smooth and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. How to contribute for the future, I would add to the utiles for the kitchen an electric jug or boiler to heat water. The apartment has all the accessories to spend a stay without inconvenience. For people who want to tour other beaches and other attractions of P. de Galinhas,and not depend on taxi or tourism agencies, I recommend renting a car for greater flexibility. In sum it is worth renting this apartment.

Sensational! Beachfront apartment, clean, organized and with all the utensils. The condominium is giant, has everything, security, very good Italian restaurant, pools for all tastes and beyond the courts, gym and etc. I thank Thays and Rodrigo in particular, they are very soloists and available, they left everything organized and did everything to be able to enjoy the place and still had "MIMO". Hahah ☺️ I recommend!

My stay with André was sensational. We arrived in Porto without accommodation, I contacted André, who promptly and efficiently answered me and made my check-in more flexible. The apartment is simply impeccable. Everything very clean and fragrant. First-class furnishings, all necessary kitchen items. The building has a pool area with a breathtaking view of Porto, as well as a lot of security with 24-hour concierge. Not only do I recommend the place, but I hope to return very soon. We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation! The apartment is new, very clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view to the beach is stunning – waking up with the look of the sea was amazing! The location is also perfect: quiet, just a 10 minute walk from the center of Porto de Galinhas, where we find great restaurants, shops and the famous pier of the natural pools. Simply wonderful! The beach house, Gerusa, exceeded all expectations. Since the time of arrival, it is already possible to feel the care and affection with which every detail was thought of. The house is extremely clean, organized and decorated with very good taste, creating a cozy and welcoming environment. The location is perfect: close to the beach, with a lovely view and a constant breeze that makes everything even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. The outdoor area is a true paradise – clean pool, well-kept garden, barbecue and plenty of space to gather family or friends. Gerusa is an exceptional host! Attenciosa, friendly and always willing to help with anything. She made sure our stay was quiet and unforgettable. Without a doubt, I recommend the beach house of Gerusa for those looking for rest, beauty and a top-notch service. I intend to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s place in Cupe Beach, Porto de Galinhas! Ricardo is an amazing host, very kind, super easy to communicate with, and incredibly flexible. We did have a small hiccup with the pool not being clean when we arrived, but Ricardo was quick to respond and got everything sorted out for us, so we were able to enjoy it for the rest of our stay. The house itself is really nice! It feels a bit more spacious in the photos, and while it wasn’t perfectly spotless (which is understandable for a beach house), it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Honestly, Ricardo’s hospitality and attentiveness more than made up for any little imperfections. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend Ricardo’s place to others. I’m already looking forward to coming back again sometime soon!

Excellent stay. Condoninio organized and quiet, home very comfortable, beautiful, wide and with all the utensils/furniture needed for a family. Contains private parking and swimming pool, air-conditioning, fan, barbecue, beach chairs, etc. Local convenience (number in the refrigerator) delivers to the house, quickly, at no cost and contains a variety of products that are eventually missing. Points of Improvement and Feedback have already been reported to the Host.

We love the location, last year we stayed in a guesthouse right next to the site, but this year we opted for something different and felt at home. What a cozy place, extremely welcoming neighborhood and the other guests are super friendly. Icaro answers super fast by asking our questions. It was an amazing experience and if we return soon it will be our first option to stay again

The accommodation is beautiful, the area is quiet and a little far from downtown, which makes the exit beach very private and beautiful. It is also a walkable distance from the central beach and others. Very comfortable for a lot of people. Very nice and cool views with sea breeze. Unbeatable view.

Our stay at Marcelo's home was great . The house faithfully matches the listing, the photos are reliable as they are posted on the listing. The housekeeper went by every day and left all the exterior of the house impeccable, until the barbecue was clean every day. The beach is wonderful..... Marcelo answered all our questions very quickly. We're already planning to come back in the second half. thank you Marcelo !!!

This house is really beautiful! It's just like the photos, it's very spacious and well decorated! We were several families with children and we were all very comfortable, (4 en-suite bedrooms + one service bedroom). I 100% recommend hiring Karla's kitchen service and Mery's cleaning service, that makes you enjoy the stay and feel like you're in a hotel. They are not invasive at all, so it doesn't feel weird to be with extra people! We had several rainy days (logical for the June weather), the beach that is in the house is dangerous and the sea is very rough, so I recommend going 30 km away to the Porto Galhinas beach. The town where the house is located is not nice, but Porto Galhinas is. I think this house is worth it, even though it's in an area that's not very nice. You'll definitely need a car. Most likely we'll be back! Thank you Andrea for your hospitality!

It was great, the Flat is close to Praia do Cupê and several nearby restaurants, the host Alexandre was always available for any questions we had during the stay, the pool and the Jacuzzi were great, Fátima was always available, I highly recommend the space for those who go with family, it accommodated everyone easily. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend it. 😄

The beachfront location is simply wonderful, with an incredible view. In addition, you were very attentive to send me a list of places to visit, nearby supermarkets and the best restaurants in the area as soon as I arrived - this made my stay even better. Excellent stay! I went with my family, and we settled in very well, everyone liked it very much! Greatly decorated apartment, comfortable beds, new furniture, utensils available met our need and privileged location. A pity that the view of the beach no longer exists, there are new developments in place but it is very close to everything. We did everything on foot only the msm beaches we drove by car. the only point of improvement would be the showers does not harm the stay but the shower of the suite comes out very little water giving the impression of clogged and the shape of the shower throws the water on the wall and because it is not articulated it can not be adjusted. I would put a simple but horizontal shower that would suit much better. We asked for help with this and Ângela always arranged for her to do so promptly. I highly recommend this AP.
