We were lucky enough to get two very hot and yet the house is very nice to stay the afternoon near the pool because it is very airy, the pool catches sun in the morning and one part of the afternoon, so it tastes good to enjoy in the period that has no sun!!!

Our lodging at Carmem's house was excellent, we felt at home, everything clean and organized, in addition to the wonderful location, which we provided tranquility and peace of mind. Vim commemorating my birthday with my family and I only have to thank Matheus and his Wife, who are excellent hosts, wonderful couple we made them feel like homeowners, welcomed us very well, very active, answer the questions very quickly, not to mention that the house really is wonderful, all new and quality, home very comfort and with excellent space, excellent pool and with protection for small children not to access without an adult. And a very large and very comfortable house with a projector to watch on a big screen. Everything very well thought out and planned. We comment on air-conditioning and Matheus is already preparing to put on the air-conditioning, and will still make a new deck with coverage. Matheus many friends have already asked me for their contact, because they like the photos I posted from the house and will make the reservation with you. Very beautiful place, very good apartment, everything was clean and organized, we will definitely come back again, the view from the balcony is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. I will definitely return.

From the booking to the last day of stay everything was very good! The first time we used airbnb and we already had a wonderful experience, they always responded quickly and politely, gave suggestions for places to eat and hang out. The extremely clean and organized environment, it felt like home! We'll be back more often for sure!!

The place was impeccable in a matter of cleanliness and on the view I have no comments! Quiet place, quiet neighborhood, has all the basics for a stay and some extras that we don't usually find in other places like washing machine and Alexa. Good cost-benefit, with clean and peaceful beach. Great for family stay.
