Everything is ok about hosting. High point for the structure of the condominium where the house is located. As there are few houses built, the beach in front is almost private, yielding great moments with your family, the condominium pool is also great, very wide and has a great living space. We had some questions with the house, but it was promptly resolved by the host.

I couldn't be more satisfied with our stay! The experience was amazing from the start. The location is simply perfect: the beach with private access is a true paradise, clean and quiet, ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy nature. The house eh exactly as in the pictures, very cozy, simply perfect. The host also very top, always very helpful and gave great tips on what to do in the area. An excellent house to spend a day with family, especially those who have a child, because in addition to the swimming pool, the beaches in the vicinity are of calm waters great for bathing.

Great house , we are in 6 adults and 1 pet , large space, comfortable , well equipped , closed garage for 02 cars , great outdoor space for barbecue with a good pool ! Stand in the sand , balcony that serves the 2 bedrooms on the floor Superior with a beautiful sea view with nets ! Great location , with restaurant , Market, pharmacy, bakery , butcher shop and hortifruti nearby ! No Need by car ! Dna Zélia greeted us on arrival , super polite and gentle, and accompanied our departure ! Super attentive and helpful Micelle, with Great communication ! Anyway I highly recommend and will be back with Certeza !

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

Very well-equipped house, I have traveled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

The house is excellent and well located in front of Japaratinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region! It was difficult to get into the garage, as locals do not respect the signs preventing access. However, the host instructed us to park behind the residence. Thanks for hosting us and we'll be back soon.

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

We went on a family trip to Maragogi. Two kids, my wife and I. The house is not brand new but it is fantastic. It is in a condo but is one of the best houses there as it has direct access to the beach, a 50 meter walk barefoot on a sandy path shaded by lush coconut trees. The grounds are meticulously kept by the condominium staff daily and there is 24 hour security with an on duty guard at all times. The pool, although small is verry nice, clean and well kept. It is an excellent complement to the beach so you can easily move from one to another. Next to the pool, a sandy volleyball court graces the grounds for a bit of family sport. We went in the low season on the week before easter. The temperatures were always above 30ºC and the water temperature was around the same you transit in and out of the water effortlessly which is amazing. The sheets and towels were spotless and of high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Vitor and Rosana. I hope I can return someday.

The house corresponds to the photos, everything is arranged with great affection. Delicious family days! No doubt we will stay again when we return to Milagres. Andreza's delicious food and the attention of the hosts were also great differentials! I highly recommend it!

Such an amazing Airbnb! It’s in paradise ♥️ we spent 5 days here and wish it was much longer. The house is great, well equipped and comfortable. The pool and garden is lovely and well maintained. Cooked breakfast everyday was wonderful, and Erica was so great. We would highly recommend this place.

The place is amazing, very spacious, clean and confy. We had a wonderfull time on Hezio's place. For sure we will be back! Patacho is by far one of the best places to be.

Excellent attention from Gilma. very clean and bright. I was very surprised to find a conservative and tapers to use. As well as restrooms and towels. Excellent crockery. Colchon 10 points. The view of the sunrise is wonderful from the balcony. Having 2 bathrooms solves everything when using them. Compared to 3 other departments that rent in Maragogi, Porto and Maceio, I found the price a little high due to lack of services such as Pileta, Gimnasio, Elevator. However, I would definitely come back.

Very comfortable accommodation, better than in the photos, safe and pleasant location, helpful and friendly condominium staff. Patacho beach is a short walk from the apartment, the streets have no pavement, and to access other beaches or shops, it is ideal to have your own vehicle. Fernando was very attentive in answering the questions and provided us with useful information that was very much appreciated. I recommend it without restriction, hoping to be able to return soon!

A beautiful home within a property with 3 other similar houses. Very nice visa to the sea, the park and the beach. The house is very comfortable, open, in contact with nature. The area is very quiet and safe. It's best to be in your own vehicle. Antonello was very nice when we reached out and all the people who attended us during our stay were super friendly and attentive: Jeni and the rest of the cleaning girls and Riquísima la comida de Dudú! We felt so comfortable. We even had a very rainy day and the house was super comfortable to spend the day. Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back soon.

The house is great, super ventilated, large, extremely clean rooms, good new beds and air conditioning and the super-equipped kitchen. The well-kept garden and the house is all fenced, excellent for dogs. The beach in front of the house is beautiful and great for bathing, has natural pools near the house (10 mins walk). The neighborhood is super quiet, quiet, great to rest. The owners are very attentive and were super helpful. A diarista Fátima is a dear, kitchen very well and helped us with the maintenance of the cleaning during our stay. Ctz will return was a great time.
