Great location, clean and comfortable apartment. It was very nice to stay at Ana Claudia's apartment. She also helped us with a lot of information about the village.

Nothing to complain about. What was missing in the description of the notice is that the condominium offers in the pool area an ice machine and filtered water. The place is perfect especially for those who come with children

I stayed with my husband and my 2 daughters, 10 and 4 years old. The apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, spacious, and bright. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with that view and the silence. We liked the complex a lot, it had its own pool and the beach had 2 very comfortable entrances. In one of them, they offer you sun loungers and chairs at no cost for those who stay in the condominium. There is also a restaurant that offers à la carte beach service. The resort's beach is divine!! There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away, at the entrance to Praia do Forte. Debora is very attentive. Thank you

Everything was excellent. We had 5 days of rain and there was a bit of a damp smell but Lugar is a dream. Very close to the Beach and with a thousand comforts to spend it beautiful

Dona Ana is an example of a hostess. It responds quickly and always very polite, is attentive and thoughtful of guests and wants us to feel at home. It prepared everything with the smallest details , gave clear instructions on how to get there and what to do, as well as being very attentive to the cleaning of the property, which is something I value very much. It's a cozy space, which accommodates very well. I will certainly come back and say a lot to everyone.

The apartment is brand new, comfortable, well equipped and matches the description. Louise was very attentive, gave clear instructions and gave several tips about the locality and restaurants around. Flexible at check in and checkout. I didn't use the beach and pool because I was at a family event at BBlue, so I used the apartment as a backup point, but I found the beach on the front. However, Louise reported that there is a quieter nearby beach. The only point I would suggest would be an air conditioner in the room because the sun really fan the room gets too hot , so it's hard to use the table for breakfast .

I really liked the Village and the condominium. All very clean and really matches the photos and descriptions advertised. The hostess Lorena a lot requests. I recommend and hope to return soon.

The house is excellent, spacious, with various facilities such as TV, washing machine, barbecue, ping pong, frescoball and beach chair. The house is by the sea and if you want it is possible to take a walk to the meeting of the sea with the river... The beach has signage of the Tamar project, even we have seen some puppies, too beautiful! It is well worth resting as a couple or with friends. By car, in about 20 minutes it is possible to access the beach of the fort, great for strolling through the night.

Andrea is extremely kind and attentive, the place is beautiful and pleasant. The accommodations are great, a quiet and cozy place.

Great stay, home with all the possible accessories, and accessories of the best quality, large rooms, large and extremely clean bathrooms, all cleaning supplies, bedding and bathrooms of excellence. All kitchen items, wonderful indoor space, still has a beautiful private pool with a wonderful whirlpool, also made available beach chairs and umbrellas, for a wonderful beach, especially in the dry tide. Mrs Vera extremely requests, always answered my questions briefly. I recommend to those who want to spend good times with family with all the apparatuses to make excellent meals.

I really liked it! Exactly as described on the listing! Kitchen equipped with everything we needed, with a purifier with ice water, air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, pillows and mattresses (no bedding), family environment, beautiful beach, great swimming pool!

Julia's reception was unique, both virtually and in person! Always attentive, friendly and willing to solve any doubt or occasional issue. I am immensely grateful for the great stay and I recommend to anyone who wishes to stay there.

The place is fabulous, very clean, safe, quiet, and with a perfect structure, parking, giant pool, sauna, and ice machine. the full AP, equipped kitchen, beach chairs and sunshine available and the marmosets have always come good morning. Of what we were not used to comparing to other airbnb are, paying the part for energy and bedding. In the most we had a good stay, very clean and revitalized beach.

The location and the house is wonderful. All the condominium staff were very helpful and attentive. Ana let us come in early and leave later, which was almost an extra day for us to enjoy. Thank you, very, very grateful. Wonderful experience

The apartment is very nice, corresponding with the photos. Everything is very well kept and clean. The hostess (Patrícia) was always available for questions and send information. The condominium has a good structure and is ideal for families with children. As for Itacimirim, excellent place to rest, having a range of services and attractions nearby. Most of the condominiums are located in a beach area not suitable for bathing (very agitated sea). But a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car, already allows access to beaches with the calmer sea.

I had an amazing stay! The space is cozy, well located and perfect for relaxing. The proximity to the beach made the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

The apartment is great! Charming, organized, super complete and well cared for! Situated in a new condominium, extremely organized and very beautiful. The high point for the landscaping of the condominium and the very kind and friendly staff. The pool area is also beautiful with two barbecue kiosks. Just a detail, the Vilage is not exactly “foot in the sand”. To access the eh beach I need to leave the main gate and walk about 300 meters. Ana was so kind and thoughtful! We spent a wonderful weekend! Super recomento!!

great stay, the Libyan served us with great affection from the first contacts to the checkout, the condominium I already knew. but the Libyan apartment is top , very clean the air conditioners and the refrigerators as everything in the description working perfectly.

What a wonderful lodging! Feeling of being received in the home of friends. Ricardo and Larissa showed care in every detail of the house, smelling and clean bed and bath linen, well-equipped apartment and quiet condominium. We will definitely return!

Excellent stay, everything extremely clean and organized, easy access to the beach and the village. The host was extremely kind, helpful and courteous, very careful with our baby, leaving a crib and bathtub. We really felt at home, and the feeling we had was that we wanted to come back and stay again!!
