Great location, clean and comfortable apartment. It was very nice to stay at Ana Claudia's apartment. She also helped us with a lot of information about the village.

We liked it very much, because the house corresponded to what was described in the advertisement and the hostess responded quickly to all our demands.

Very nice, quiet and beautiful location, with interesting leisure area for children, good restaurant inside the condominium. Close to the village, which is worth a walk to relax and admire the lake scenery. I'll be back!

Our stay at Bruna's residence was perfect, the house corresponds exactly to the one described in the advertisement, Bruna is very attentive and cuts, answered all the messages we sent out by taking away our doubts. The apartment is very nice, has all the utensils necessary for a family, good bedding, mattress and pillows, all the appliances worked well. The condominium and insurance, wooded, quiet and familiar has a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, tennis court, football, children's playground, gym, game room, barbecue, ice factory, daily cleaning of the room (very well performed), condominium security at the exit and entrance to the beach. The beach has no stalls and has a lifesaving post, there is a way behind the condominiums and in front of the beach for physical activity practices (walking, running, bicycle). Everything was perfect and soon we will return.

We like the place very much, the condominium is great and with super delicious leisure areas to relax. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, in person is even better than the photos, all organized and clean, for sure we will come back more often. It's just not so close to the village and the restaurants, but we managed to walk because to find a car in the village is very difficult and almost impossible. But for the rest, the apartment is impeccable and the condominium is great!!

The place is fabulous, very clean, safe, quiet, and with a perfect structure, parking, giant pool, sauna, and ice machine. the full AP, equipped kitchen, beach chairs and sunshine available and the marmosets have always come good morning. Of what we were not used to comparing to other airbnb are, paying the part for energy and bedding. In the most we had a good stay, very clean and revitalized beach.

Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejajinha and easy access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The villa is very well taken care of, common areas always clean, people of the discreet and requested concierge, a safe place, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to take advantage, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without discrediting the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction , we recommend the following: have a greater amount of bath towels; face and cloths; promote the separation of the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of small gill (justified by the amount of rain). We only have to praise and thank the host, we recommend it.

The stay was pleasant and we had the help of the host all the time. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and fully equipped with everything we need. Very clean. Everyone in the condominium is very helpful. The beach is wonderful, clean and right in front of the condominium. Beautiful pools. There is a supermarket approximately 2 km away. It's well worth it! I intend to return and recommend it to everyone.

Very attentive host, we really liked the apartment, very comfortable and met our needs very well. The Condominium is well wooded and nestled in nature (which for me is the strong point). In the pool area there is a restaurant that served us very well, which is a super positive point, since the condominium is a 17-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the village of Praia do Forte, as driving to the village is impractical. Anyway, we really enjoyed the accommodation and if it is available on our trips to this region we will certainly return several times.

Vanessa always very helpful and polite and flexible, the atmosphere is very cozy for those looking for a safe, cozy and quiet place, parking inside the condominium and is close to the village of Praia do fort, about 900m. There is a way to walk there, but I recommend walking only in the morning, at night I believe the path is dark, the municipality has an app to park in the streets safely, I recommend the use. The apartment is great, perfect size for two people, utensils needed for cooking, pleasant pool environment, it has a bar where it sells drinks, food and some snacks as an affordable price!

The stay was excellent, we had great times in the house! The description corresponds exactly to what we found, very good bed and bath linen, equipped kitchen, good condominium, full of amenities. The owner Juarez also catered to us with great cordiality and kindness. The house is very comfortable, new and large bathrooms, but the jewel of the house is the outside area. The backyard is so well taken care of that I thought some plants were plastic... hehe A delight to stay outside, on the nets, on the barbecue or on the balcony. I'm sure the memories will be for a long time between everyone in the family, that we were celebrating my mother's birthday, Isabel!

In other words: all equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words: the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back
