The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Whenever I needed something, the host responded promptly, with lots of sympathy and disposition. I would definitely recommend staying again!

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

It has very good soundproofing, which allows a good enjoyment of light and view, while no sound comes in. To all this it is necessary to add that Jose always responded quickly. And very important: the kindness and effectiveness of Djan, who always responded quickly and with a very good predisposition to any need. Highly recommended.

Of great location, the front beach is very good for bathing and dining. Cozy hotel structure, easy access, leisure options for adults and children. Apartment according to the listing, cozy too, basic and essential utensils available, hot water, electric shower, spacious. In the evening the surroundings are not very busy, but in the day is well centralized, close to several sights, including the front beach that is beautiful and great for bathing and food. The leisure area of the hotel offers a swimming pool, hydromassage and sauna, super quiet and clean. I forgot a bag in the parking lot and everyone's return was super fast in location and care, leaving everything saved until someone I trusted to pick up.

Very good atmosphere. The apartment matches the listing, well located, safe and comfortable. We felt at home. The condominium has several leisure options. I recommend it to everyone and we'll be back again.

We love staying in the apartment! Luciano was great always responded quickly, polite and organized. The location is perfect, facing the sea and next to the hill of the bald! Air conditioners cooled very well! The only observation is that, to get to the apartment, you go down a long staircase, so for those who have difficulty locomotion can be a point to observe. Our group liked it a lot, I definitely recommend it and would come back other times!

We spent a few great days in the house das vieiras, Junior was very nice and very willing to help us with whatever we needed. I 100% recommend the place, the house is better than described, the staff of Junior, Angela who took care of the grooming and Neity (cook) are very nice and do an incredible job. Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

Rodrigo's accommodation is ideal. Very nice and well decorated, very pleasant in a natural and quiet environment. It is possible to get around on foot. Rodrigo is very kind and attentive. I highly recommend.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent cost-benefit! Near the center (not 10 min walking) and far enough away for the night to be quiet! You can do everything by walk! I went to the chapadão (+-30min) and to the Madero beach (+-40min) quietly. The pool is outstanding for the post beach to relax! And the space of the apartment is also very good!
