Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia das Virtudes

My stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, spacious, comfortable and with a lovely sea view. The location is perfect, close to everything, which makes it very easy. The hostess was very receptive and attentive, always available for any questions. I had no problem during the stay. I would definitely host again and recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well located accommodation with an amazing view.

I need to start by saying how helpful and kind Natasha was in our conversations. Although we do not know each other in person, I felt that she is a great host. As for the space, very good, very well located, an incredible view of the river channel. The photos matched the reality. If I go to Guarapari again, I will try to stay in this space. Welcoming city and always gentle locals.

The apartment is very well located, close to the beach and the local shops. The room was clean and well organized. The garage spaces are great and the host was very attentive. I recommend the stay and I intend to book other times.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay; from the doorman team - all very attentive and efficient - to the arrival at the apartment, where we were very impressed by the general order and cleanliness, as well as the organization of the furniture and utensils. The location is excellent; having gone in our own vehicle, it was always safe due to the available parking space in the garage and we were able to easily get to the beaches near Guarapari that attract us - Bacutia, Setiba, Morro and Meaipe. For nearby tours, being in the central area, there are several attractions besides going to the kiosks of Castanheiras beach in the late afternoon - a ten out of ten in convenience. We used the pool on the roof of the condominium, which was always extremely clean and provided us, in addition to the alternative to sea bathing, a beautiful view of the sea. We liked it so much that we will certainly return. We suggest that an additional comfortable chair be made available for the TV room.

Everything was excellent! The view is wonderful, the pool is always clean, the apartment was super organized. I think the biggest difference was the towel and bedding kits that were arranged with great care. Check-in was flexible, which was great for us to put our bags inside the apartment and enjoy the day without worries. We loved the stay, we hope to return!

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Quiet stay. Large space, clear, airy, more beautiful, than in the photos. Joelita and her very kind and helpful husband, gave tips on beaches and places for food and shopping. The co-host also sent good tips. There are a few steps of stairs, but they provide an elevator for elderly people, luggage and shopping. Thank you, we recommend and, returning to Guarapari, if the place is available, we will book.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Super cozy apartment, the balcony is very nice to stay and admire the scenery, very close to the beach, we felt at home.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

I loved staying at Lenna's place. The apartment is functional, it was extremely beautiful and with a beautiful view of Guarapari and the mountains. Comfortable bed and pillows and extremely fragrant. Lenna was flexible at checkout. Super recommended

The apartment is spacious, well-ventilated, cool, well-lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It is very close to two beaches, so we sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left something to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach the rooms well. Oh, and I missed a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth visiting!!

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
