Relax and have fun with the whole family at this place. The sea is a 3-minute walk from the house (300 meters) and there is also a private pool! Unlike other locations in the region, this house offers privacy with the gourmet area and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of you and your family. The street is the best in the condominium, with access to the first walkway to the beach, a children's playground with a zip line and a lot of tranquility. The rooms have air-conditioning, as well as great beds (one king and one queen size).

Gente, the house is simply wonderful! The foot location on the sand of a super reserved beach makes the experience even more fantastic. Fiel as photos, the house has everything and a little bit: great beds, impeccable bed and bath linens, full kitchen, Wi-Fi… super airy, with fan and air conditioning. The silence of the place, for those who really want to rest makes all the difference. Vinnie is very nice, he even left a fire in the backyard. It's well worth it! I intend to return soon!

The hosts were amazing, the inn is excellent. Clean, well located, comfortable and quiet. I will return on the next trips and recommend it to acquaintances! The accommodation met expectations, as I was looking for a place with some privacy but easy access to the beaches. The hosts were instructive and friendly! They guided us on the beaches, the paths and everything we needed to know to make the most of the trip. Obs: Be careful with map apps. The w*** took me from PRADO to CUMURUXATIBA by the "outside" road, an extremely impassable route. For this route, always use the coastal road because it has beautiful beaches along the way and the road, although bad, is acceptable.

The house is great! Aconchegante, with very good outdoor space, equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couple or up to 3 people. Good location, close to the square of Cumuru, but with an ascent that can tire out who prefers to walk. José was solicitous and promptly responded to the demand that arose during our stay.

Our stay (my and my partner's) was great at the oxum cumuru house. Dani, tião and bia (the dogs) welcomed us super well and were great hosts. We felt at home, mainly because we enjoyed preparing our own food a lot. The kitchen was super-equipped, including all-new. The very comfy room and the great bathroom. Everything is organized, clean, and new. The wi-fi was also great, if anyone wants to work from there, it's also quiet. Dani has given us many tour tips which made our experience even better. Pena that we could not stay for the chorinho de seguna (recommendation of Dani), which always happens in the city. We will certainly be back!

Amazing Stay at the Pé Na Sand Manor in Prado! Our experience was wonderful! The house is perfect for those seeking a balance between rest and fun. The rooms are well divided, comfortable and provide everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host, Rodrigo, was extremely attentive and quick to answer our questions, making our trip even smoother. We recommend the Foot In Sand Mansion for those who want to enjoy the best of Prado. We will certainly be back!
