The apartment looked exactly like the photos, with a separate kitchen and bedroom, making it very comfortable. The host warmly welcomed me at check-in and was very helpful when I decided to extend my stay. Thanks to the host’s assistance, I felt truly at home during my nearly two-month stay. There is a hill between the tram station and the apartment, so if you have heavy luggage, consider taking a bus or taxi. The location is convenient, just one stop from Andel station, which is great for shopping. While there’s some traffic noise from the nearby road, it’s not an issue with the windows closed. The place was clean, and the host provided extra bedding. I already miss this place and hope others have as great an experience as I did. Many thanks👍🏻

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Umgebung war sehr Ruhig. Leider ist der Weg nach Prag sehr weit mit Öffis sodass wir froh waren mit Auto angereist zu seien. ( In Prag Innenstadt gibt es nur Parkhäuser wo man sein Auto abstellen kann 70 Kronen die Stunde.) Ansonsten konnte man gut übernachten es war ruhig und eine entspannte Gegend.

Wir haben ein tolles Familienwochenende in der Wassermühle verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner und gemütlicher als auf den Bildern. Die Umgebung ist perfekt um die umliegenden Schlösser und Parks zu erkunden. Auch Prag ist mit dem Zug in Kürze erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Relatively central location, very nice hosts. It served my purposes as a place to sleep very well. A minor note- the balcony is small and was a bit cluttered for my stay. Balconies in this building are located inside the building's internal shaft, which is relatively narrow and very quiet.

Fantastic location, wonderful facilities. Comfortable beds. Blissful sauna loved the 90's quiz game provided!

Ich habe Michaelas Apartment zum zweiten Mal besucht, da es einfach herrlich ist einfach auf der Tereasse im Pool zu liegen! Ich werde sicherlich noch einmam kommen :)

We loved our stay! We felt very welcomed and appreciated the little touches, such as pods for the coffee maker and ample toilet paper for our five-night stay. The location could not be better- so much with a few steps and easy to get around to anywhere we wanted to go! I really loved relaxing in the hammock after lots of walking around sightseeing. Laying there looking at the clock tower was lovely. The place looks just like the photos. It is 52 stairs to the apartment - just something to be aware of, but we didn’t mind. You can hear a bit of noise from the square, but the apartment seems well insulated against noise and we weren’t disturbed when sleeping. I’d happily recommend this place and would stay here again for sure! Thanks!!

We had a wonderful stay at Nadia’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Nadia was a fantastic host—she greeted us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment, and even thoughtfully provided some food to get us started. The Apartment: Clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. There were two of us—one stayed in the bedroom and the other on the foldout bed in the living room, which was comfortable and convenient. The Area: Peaceful and relaxed, with an Albert supermarket just around the corner. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local atmosphere. Getting to Prague 1: Very straightforward. We used the PID app to navigate public transport—it’s simple to use and allows easy payment. Tram 14 was our main route into the city center and worked perfectly. Overall: Highly recommend staying here. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we’d definitely return. 10/10!

In a few words , our first time to Prague and this place was an excellent choice.The location was great it was walkable to a lot of the tourist areas but also to the local scene as well. Jana was a great host very responsive. My wife and I felt very safe ,I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Prague .

The apartment was perfect fir a stay in Prague! In the day this was perfect you step out of the door to the street being busy with tourist and guides. Some days there was little market stalls set up out side with lovely bits for sale. The old town main square is literally a 3 min walk along a street with some of the most expensive shops on it! Cafe and restaurant are just minutes away for breakfasts and main meals. However at night the area is so so quiet it is perfect for sleeping well with no noise. The house was spacious, 5 of us stayed, but could have fit 7 comfortably 2 bathrooms was great for a group getting ready. And Extras like an iron and washing machine were very helpful We didn't use the kitchen facilities as we ate out, however there was everything you d need to eat in, and a supermarket and bakery less than a few minutes away . Hana was so helpful before and on arrival, giving us tips on places to eat etc and letting us arrive early with our bags Perfect!

This unit and location was great for two. Comfortable bed, which is a must. Very quiet at night, yet the location is walking distance to everything with plenty of foot traffic. Breakfast, coffee, dinner, convenience store items, all within 1 min. walk. Lots of light for daytime reading or relaxing. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The rooms were lovely! We loved the little garden space. Everything was at most a 20 min walk, which was convenient and perfect for us. We used the kitchen a lot, which was updated and neat. Great place.

Very nice host. Spacious apartment and comfortable bed, with easy access to the main areas of Prague via tram and metro. Definitely a positive experience. Only thing to note is that the bathroom had a not so great smell, but it didn’t spread throughout the rest of the apartment.

Ich war extrem zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Appartment ist ein kleines, einfaches und sehr sauberes!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und fast jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Den Pool und die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr praktisch waren die Garage und die Stellplätze vorm Haus. Wir würden wiederkommen und können das Haus für eine größere Gruppe empfehlen.

Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

A beautiful cottage in the woods. Tomás was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Die Unterkunft war super und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und kommen gern wieder! Wir konnten den Pool nutzen und den großen schönen Garten.

It was really a relaxed existence in Matej and Domenika's house. An idyllic peace and at the same time a lively home where it is absolutely not noticeable if you have forgotten something at home, because nothing is missing and you have permission to feel at home and to use what the house has to offer. From the pantry, when a spice was missing, to a small but definitely nice sauna, to the sports field opposite, we were always completely happy. And if there was still a question or a special concern, Matej always responded promptly and helped. A very lovely family who was personally there to welcome us and say goodbye and provided us with tips, tricks, maps and everything we needed for a holiday in Dubiny/Velke Popovice. Thank you for everything and stay happy and healthy 😇

Moc děkujeme! ,velmi krásný prostorný a zároveň útulný apartmán plný zajímavých uměleckých předmětů. Kousek od nájezdu na dálnici. Hostitelky byla velmi milá a přátelská.

Place is equipped with everything you might need for a long stay! There are few grocery shops and gym around, so this place is ideal if you don’t need to commute to city centre everyday. Anyway you get to Prague center is around 20 minutes by car, so this is fine! Miloslav and Monika are very helpful, definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine Nacht in einem tollen Baumhaus auf 8m Höhe mit Aussicht auf 100% Natur! Das Baumhaus entspricht genau unseren Erwartungen! Es gibt sogar eine Trockentoilette und ein Waschhaus (ebenfalls top sauber) nur 20m entfernt. Da es an unserem Ankunftstag etwas kühler war, wurde die Hütte mit einem Elektroheizer in Schwedenofenoptik für uns vorgeheizt. Es war genügend Trinkwasser in Flaschen und für eine Katzenwäsche/zum Zähneputzen vorhanden. Auch Weingläser und Frühstücksgeschirr sind vorhanden. Das Baumhaus wird mit Kerzen in Laternen erhellt, ansonsten gibt es kein elektr. Licht. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr romantisch! An der Rezeption gibt es ein Restaurant, in dem man Getränke und ein Abendessen bestellen kann. Das Frühstück wird zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit in einem Korb zum Baumhaus gebracht und enthält Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Käse-/Wurstplatte, Joghurt, Obst, Müsli sowie eine bunte Auswahl an Aufstrichen und einen Brot-/Brötchenkorb mit süßem Gebäck. Uns hat es sehr gefallen!
