Beautiful, new and spacious apartment with everything one could possibly need (even charging cables and wireless phone charger!). Pavel/David were very accommodating to a number of special requests we had. I fully recommend this apartment

A comfortable and spacious apartment just outside the city center, with excellent tram/bus/metro links to most locations across the city. We particularly appreciated the dedicated work desk and good WiFi connection.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment over the weekend! The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in was a breeze, and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Having parking included was a huge plus. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Fuß der Festung Vyšehrad. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet, einzig die Straße vor dem Fenster ist Kopfsteinpflaster also für geräuschempfindliche Schläfer würde ich Ohrstöpsel empfehlen.

The apartment in Prague was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Perfectly located in a quiet gated area with easy access to public transport. It had everything we needed for our two weeks stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast internet and washer/dryer. Dedicated parking space was a big plus. Communication with Přemysl was quick and easy via messages. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay in Prague!

Diese Wohnung ist ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Sogar einen kleinen Reiseführer hat die Familie bereit gelegt. Man fühlt sich durch die liebevolle Einrichtung sofort wie Zuhause. Bus und Bahn sind innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele schöne Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Karel war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Check-In was easy, the apartment is spaceous, new and clean. Balcony is also really nice! Parking outside of compound was easy too. Was really nice!

I had a great time in Prague. The apartment was really nice and in a cool neighborhood with many nice restaurants and cafés. Jan was outstandingly helpful!

Das Haus ist toll, nur etwas Platz in Kleiderschränken wäre toll gewesen. Jan hat war immer freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt.

Bestes AirBnB, das ich jemals hatte. wenn ich nochmal in der Gegend bin, dann sicher wieder hier!

We had an amazing time an Janas Airbnb! It was super calm and the terrace was amazing for our breakfasts. The rooms were super clean and everything was well equipped. It's also super easy to get to the Prague city from there. We drove to Cerny Most parked the car for 50CZK for a full day and then took the metro for 30 minutes to the city. Very convenient for the price. All in all an amazing experience! Jana is responsive and helpful. Big reccomendation to stay here if you want a calm and relaxing stay around Prague.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

A quiet home near Prague. Perfect for a familiy weekend to chillout and see some new places

Zeer comfortabel, hebben zelfs gebruik gemaakt van zwembad en heerlijke ruimte tuin met BBQ Huis had alle comfort. Geen TV maar hadden wij ook niet nodig. Op 20 minuten rijden van centrum met eigen auto. En 5 minuten rijden grote supermarkt Billy.

Very nice house conveniently located to Prague. Clean and we'll equipped. Five minutes walk to Sbusani train station, from wich you can get to the center of Prague in 15 minutes.

Hostitel s námi komunikoval rychle, pokyny k ubytování jsou přesné. Byt se nachází na klidné ulici, kde se dá v pohodě zaparkovat. Výhodou okolí je nakupní centrum, kavárny, spousta restaurací a také velmi dobrá dostupnost na městskou dopravu (tramvaj a metro). Co se týče samotného prostředí bytu, tak jsme byly mírně zklamané a to predevším hned po příchodu do bytu. Byl zde cítit zvláštní zápach. Nejspíše ze sedací soupravy, která má fleky a polštáře, které na ní jsou, by bylo potřeba jednou za čas vyčistit, vzhledem k četnosti využití daného bytu i jinými hosty. Byl to velice silný zápach. Za to nejspíše přímo hostitel nemůže, neboť má najatou úklidovou firmu, které je to očividně jedno. Bylo by dobré i pro budoucí hosty, aby si uklidová firma dávala větší péči i s čistotou tohoto typu vybavení. Nejčistší místností byla koupelna. V ložnici nás zarazila absence zásuvek u postele. Zásuvku u dveří nebylo možné používat. Nefungovala zde televize. Ostatní vybavení v bytě bylo v pořádku.

We had a great short stay. The flat is spacious with a small bathroom and a nice balcony facing the backyard. We liked that it’s in a walkable distance to the old town, the river and even the central station so we actually never had to use public transport in the end.

Schöne Wohnung. Riesige Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster waren allerdings nicht vorhanden. Grosse Terrasse. Auto kann auf dem Hof abgestellt werden. Fußläufig bis zum Wenzelsplatz gut 2 km. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

Overall we like this place. Location is great, near shopping, restaurants, metro and railway station and etc. communication is easy with the host. The condo is very clean. Self check-in is not hard. Shower place might be too small for some people.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt :) Honza hat uns persönlich eingecheckt und und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles super!

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment! It was spotlessly clean on arrival and check in was a breeze. Jan & Sarah were kind enough to let us check in early when we had an early flight which was incredibly helpful. The bed was super comfy & balcony was the icing on the cake. Location was great, with most of Prague’s main attractions within a very walkable distance or easily accessed by cheap and very regular public transport. Would 100% recommend!
