Hledáš moderní, luxusní, pohodlné a tiché ubytování? Vítej v mém bytě. Byt je v nově postavené budově a nachází 300m od stanice metra Anděl. V okolí je spousta restaurací a obchůdků. V centru města jsi za pár minut! Byt je úplně nový a luxusně vybaven. K dispozici je myčka, pračka i sušička. Součástí bytu je kryté garážové stání a maličký balkonek, určený pro kuřáky. V bytě je zakázáno kouřit! V červnu 2025 přidán pro maximální komfort a příjemný spánek v horkých dnech stropní ventilátor.

Luxury cubist villa apartment in a quiet green residential area. The fully original furnished flat with a private entrance has an area of 75 m². Secure parking in front of the house. Big beautiful garden. Kitchen (full equipped), bedroom for 2 people (bed for babies is available), living room (we can arrange a mattress for third person, ideally a child or a teenager), bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes are included). Washing machine and dryer. Dogs are welcome for a fee of 10 EUR/day.

The Factory Loft Prague

There were four of us in this stylish, modernly furnished loft for three nights. We didn't miss anything at all. Upon arrival, Tereza welcomed us in a very friendly manner and explained everything briefly and briefly. The car can be parked in the underground garage. However, this is very narrow and you have to be a skilful backward driver so you can park in the designated parking space. In the loft, we immediately noticed the thoughtful perfection in the amenities. For emergencies, there is a washing machine as well as a dryer. If you forgot your hair dryer or charging cable for the phone, no problem as everything is available. The loft is a bit outside of downtown but you can get to the tram in 5 minutes. This goes into town almost every minute. We didn't like two points so much. On warm days, the loft heats up a lot, an air conditioner would be an advantage. A mattress is already very saggy and you can feel the slatted base.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and description. The apartment is located a little bit outside the center, but the center can be reached within 15 minutes by tram. So perfect!!
