Comfy apartment on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet garden residential quarter. The apartment was renovated and completely newly furnished in December 2023 suitable for short or long stays. Less than a 5 min walk is metro station allowing direct transport to the historical centre of Prague in 10-15 mins. Within a walking distance of 4-10 mins are pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, a department store, bus station. Parking in front of the house Fri-Sun free, other days for a fee.

Cosy apartment in an authentic neighbourhood

Nice, cosy and modern apartment, 50 m2, after full renovation. Bedroom with balcony looking into a park. Very calm and authentic part of Prague, 25 minutes from city center by public trasport. Tram stop and commercial center nearby. The apartment is situated in an old building that did not go through renovation yet. Neighbours are friendly, but old people, that is why I look for calm visitors. No parties! :-) Happy to welcome our russian friends if they confirm they are againts the war in UA.

Newly renovated completely furnished apartment in the heart of Prague on a quiet, gardens and villas-lined street. It features 2 rooms, living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. And a bedroom with a wooden bed and comfy mattress. A luxury bathroom with built-in speakers. The apartment is 10 mins from the old tawn by tram (3km). The station just steps away. Parking place on the street infront of the apartment (8EUR/day) or 1,5 km (8EUR/5 days - just let me know to manage it).

It takes 12 minutes to Old Town by tram no. 17, 15 minutes to Wenceslav Square by tram no. 3 and 17 minutes to Prague Castle by tram no. 2. The place is nicely decorated and just right for two people. There is a great view from the balcony and lots of nature in the surrounding area. Downtown Prague can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Although there is no coffee maker, a small pastry shop less than 2 minutes away where you can get it. Everything was great!
