Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Prado, La Candelaria

Me alojé en este lugar y tuve una experiencia excelente. El apartamento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, y el personal que me recibió fue siempre muy amable. Las indicaciones para el check-in fueron claras y precisas. Sebastián fue un gran anfitrión; me recomendó varios lugares en la zona para cenar y tomar algo. La ubicación es muy céntrica, rodeada de discotecas y restaurantes. La zona es animada por la noche, pero sin llegar a afectar el descanso. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Muy recomendado. Además, está a solo 10 minutos del estadio, lo que lo hace muy conveniente tanto para asistir a eventos como para hacer ejercicio.

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Location was excellent. Place was clean and very easy to get in to. No air conditioning which is why I marked 4 stars, but there was a fan. There was also a pretty intense smell of some sort of room-refresher and it made me feel nauseous lol but I am sensitive to that stuff. Overall was super happy with the spot. really cute and well located. we walked everywhere.

It’s was a great vacation. I went on a girls trip and there was so much to do. Would definitely book again!

Quartier dynamique et vivant. Appartement avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Belles grandes portes patio qui ouvre l’espace sur le balcon. Belles salles de bain contemporaines. Bien équipé. Climatisation dans les chambres. Accès à la terrasse sur le toit qui offre une vue panoramique incroyable sur les montagnes. Endroit très propre.

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Muy bonito apartamento. facil de ubicar, limpio y amplio. Con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia. Muchos lugares cerca como lo son supermercados, oxxo, cafeterias y centro comercial. Enfocándome en el apartamento muy funcional, lo unico a mejorar es el sofa, muy duro, jajaja de resto todo genial. Volveria. Muy buena atención.

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

Great home! Extremely spacious and in a very safe neighborhood. The house was very clean and cozy. The host was also super responsive and helpful to all our troubles and questions. Would highly recommend this place

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

superbe appartement très très propre !! Quartier très calme avec des voisins très agréables ! proche d un "outlet" avec restaurant au 3e étage. petits restaurants locaux juste à côté. pharmacie 24/24 .. un Uber vous coûtera 2€ pour rejoindre la station de métro "Poblado" .. enfin NICO est extrêmement professionnel !! il prend de vos nouvelles régulièrement et se préoccupe de votre bien être .. Bravo !!

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

Juan's place is in the middle of the action and close to everything you need with a great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs!
