Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Poznań County

It is a lovely home. A great place for us to stay, especially during a rainy visit to the area. The house was clean, the rooms were comfortable. We made nice use of the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Maison cosy, confortable et spacieuse avec un petit jardin. Dans un quartier pavillonaire agréable et calme. Un peu loin du centre ville, nous y sommes allés en voiture. Accueil chaleureux avec des bougies allumées à notre arrivée, une grande pièce à vivre, 3 grandes chambres à l'étage et un espace bureau. Tout était propre et en bon état.

Oferowany apartament jest w przyjemnej okolicy. Ogródek z krzesłami świetny do zjedzenia śniadania na zewnątrz. Apartament czysty i przestronny. Komunikacja z gospodarzem bardzo sprawna. Poprosiliśmy o szybsze zameldowanie, które zostało nam bez problemu zapewnione. Zdecydowanie polecamy pobyt.

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Wszyscy gospodarze byli przesympatyczni i pomocni. Pani Liliana zawsze chętnie i wyczerpująco odpowiadała na pytania oraz bardzo dbała o to żebyśmy czuli się jak w domu. Samo miejsce leży na uboczu, jest bardzo ciche i spokojne. Dookoła znajduje się bardzo dużo roślinności przez co odczuwalna temperatura, mimo ciepłego dnia, była bardzo przyjemna. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte rozważenia jeżeli ktoś szuka ciszy, spokoju i kontaktu z naturą. Ponadto leży blisko Gniezna oraz Poznania więc stanowi dobrą bazę wypadową i przestrzeń na odpoczynek po całym dniu.

Cudowne miejsce! Cisza, spokój, w samym domku i w ogrodzie mnóstwo atrakcji – od gier i kolorowanek, przez klocki, po plac zabaw, piłki itp. Dodatkową atrakcją jest ogród pełen świeżych ziół i owoców. Spędziliśmy piękny weekend i żałujemy tylko, że byliśmy tak krótko. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy!

Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Heimelig, warm dank des Kamins und in schöner Umgebung für Spaziergänge. Marcin war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus definitiv empfehlen!

Śliczna okolica, domek bardzo czysty i uroczy, zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzebne! Na miejscu przywitały nas przekąski, co było bardzo miłe ❤️ Świetne miejsce na wypad z rodzinką lub znajomymi! Na ogródku dużo miejsca do zabawy + boisko do siatkówki i hamak skradł nasze serca. Bardzo polecam!

Bardzo przytulne mieszkanie, gościnny gospodarz zawsze chętny do pomocy. Zameldowanie przebiegło szybko i bezproblemowo :)

Bardzo przyjemne, wygodne mieszkanie w ładnej okolicy. Jeśli chcecie zwiedzić Poznań i okolice i macie samochód, jest to opcja idealna.

This apartment is situated in beautiful historic old building with very high ceiling and beautiful decorated also there is lift ! Highly highly recommended !

Was super happy to stay in this place! The apartment was beautiful and very ingeniously organised, and the bed (which you have to pull down from the cupboard) was super comfy! The area also is very peaceful and beautiful, with lots of very nice coffee shops and vintage stores to explore close by :)

Wunderschönes Apartment, 2 Schlafzimmer, große Küche und ein schönes Wohnzimmer, Balkon. Alles war Blitzsauber und aufgeräumt, ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Andrzej ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hat super kommuniziert und hat super klare Anweisungen für den Check-In und Check-out gesendet. Es sind Restaurants und Geschäfte zum einkaufen in der Nähe, bis in das Zentrum ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Für das Parken würde ich das Angebot von Andrzej annehmen, da es etwas schwieriger ist einen Parkplatz zu finden, aber es gibt einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage nicht weit entfernt. Es war ein super Erlebnis und Aufenthalt bei Andrzej. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wonderful apartment, modern, super clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect, close to center with easy access to the train station. Nice view from the balcony too. Highly recommended.

A wonderful apartment with high end finishes and well designed space. The architect did an amazing job with this space. Multiple balconys on in shade all rooms had opening windows the air con worked fine the lighting options were many. Felt safe in the building and secure parking outside. You could walk to the town centre, we chose to drive and park in the city it only took 5 minutes in car and was very easy to get to literally one straight road to the centre. Would definiteluy recommend this place to travellers from near and far.

Lovely apartment- extremely well equipped and furnished. The host was very responsive and flexible, which we also appreciated. The localisation is great too, only about 20 minutes from stare miasto. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider coming back. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Poznan!!

Szukałem ze znajomymi noclegu na festiwal fantastyki Pyrkon i spośród wszystkich hotelów i apartamentów z wygórowanymi cenami udało mi się wypatrzeć ten oto Loft 2 - praktycznie jedyna opcja w rozsądnej cenie. Była nas w sumie 5-tka, z 6 osobą która dołączyła się na ostatnią chwilę. Gospodarze nie mieli z tym problemu dzięki czemu udało się bardzo szybko zmienić rezerwację żeby dodać szóstą osobę. Przed przyjazdem zostawiliśmy poinformowani, że na 6 osób może być ciasno, ale najważniejsze było to, że każde z nas miało miejsce na wersalce lub swój materac do spania. Łazienka, mimo że ciasna, spełnia swoją funkcję, ale warto pamiętać o wzięciu ze sobą klapek - podłoga może być mokra po poprzednim użytkowniku który brał prysznic. Wnętrze, zgodnie z opisem, jest urządzone na wzór PRLu i nadaje to loftowi niepowtarzanego klimatu. Jednym słowem nie mogliśmy lepiej trafić 👌

One of the top 3 places I’ve stayed at in Poznań The location is fantastic – just a 3–5 minute walk to the Old Town. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and located in a quiet area, host/co-host informed me in advance about some possible construction noise during my stay, but it was barely noticeable. I really hope I’ll get a chance to stay here again next year!

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this location due to an error in the system that double booked the apartment. I am leaving a review for the host, though. She was very responsive and apologetic when she realized that the error had double booked the location. She immediately refunded the full amount. Very professional and courteous… Mistakes happen!

uns hat es sehr gefallen! Sehr schnelle und sympathische Kommunikation. Schöne Wohnung und Ausstattung. Vor allem nur 5 Min fußläufig von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ganz nah. Ansonsten insgesamt ruhig gelegen. Wie kommen gerne wieder.

Very good apartments! We felt comfortable, safe and it was very easy to get to the old town, very close.
