We had a wonderful stay at the property. Milvia is a such a warm and kind person. She guided us properly about the area. The property is very well located and one can easily get to Venice using the regional train. The property is very clean and beautiful. It was truly memorable!

A very nice house, in 5 minutes you are at the beach and the pool area was also very nice and clean. The shopping facilities were also nearby. Fully equipped apartment, cleaning supplies were sufficiently available. Everything was very nice and appealing.

Everything was perfect. Robi was a wonderful host. He was always responsive and helped us with local recommendations. The home is new and it was very comfortable for our group of four adults. We especially loved the new bike path and the close proximity to the sea. Highly recommend for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

The house is the perfect base for a city trip to Venice. It is in a very quiet street, has its own parking space in front of the door and the fenced garden is very safe for a dog or children. The house itself is comfortable, clean and complete. Each room has its own air conditioning which was a blessing during our hot stay. Around the corner from the street stops every 12 minutes a tram that takes you directly to Piazzale Roma: ideal! In the immediate vicinity there are eateries but also supermarkets. But unique about this stay is the host. Host Claudio is a true super host! He speaks both English and Italian, is incredibly friendly, accessible and helpful and is there for you immediately if you need anything. Be sure to ask him for tips on arrival because as an art and culture lover he knows how to tell you all the highlights of Venice. Claudio finds it very important that his guests lack nothing. Highly recommended!!

Mirja makes everything possible so that you have the most beautiful stay possible. She is a great host and helps with everything immediately. She even cooked us chicken soup when we got sick ❤️ THANK YOU! We felt super comfortable in your villa and would come back anytime. Everything is sparkling clean and exactly as described. For the children, the house was also perfect, as you have the large playroom in the house, the covered terrace for sufficient shade and even the pool has a perfectly attached awning. Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group was a large group of 9 adults attending an event for the weekend. The rental was perfect for us. This is a beautiful spacious house, It was very well equipped for taking meals at the house and perfectly clean. The location was fantastic, a very short stroll to the beach, close by to mini market and bakery, pharmacy and several restaurants. The hosts were responsive when we needed to ask questions and there were helpful suggestions and notices around the house. I would highly recommend this house.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

The house is amazing. Super clean, everything brand new, nice pool and superb location. Walk into downtown in 5 min. Would def. book it again.

A modern, well-equipped accommodation about 200 m from the sea. Within walking distance of 1-2 restaurants and a beach bar. Rooms, pool & terrace are as in the photos. There is a barbecue grill available. Towels are available in the bathroom as well as for the pool. Each room has its own bathroom & toilet. 1x baby bed is available, but during our stay no mattress, which you should bring with you, unless it has already been purchased by the landlord. 1x high chair available. Currently, there are construction sites around the house, where allegedly work may no longer be carried out from June 15. During our stay at the end of May, we unfortunately had extreme construction noise during the day 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. The access road is not yet paved, you drive a gravel road to the house. Basically, however, it would be a rather quiet location without street noise. Communication & check-in/out is very straightforward with a housekeeper who lives nearby. All in all a very nice place to stay for a large group or multiple families.

The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! 7-day vacation for 8 people. This house is fantastic, in real life it's almost more beautiful than in the photos. Each person had personal towels and also a beach towel available. We were also given welcome drinks. Everything new, very clean and tidy. Large swimming pool very nice for when it's hot, grill for cooking outside, ping pong, ample space for everyone, what more could you want? The area is very quiet, around there is practically nothing but other villas, but thanks to the bikes available you can get to the center of Umag in no time. We were looking for a home to take a vacation together and relax and Villa Lori fully satisfied us. Florian and Aleksandra were very helpful and kind.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

It is beautiful, tastefully decorated and superbly fitted out with everything you could ever need. The host has thought of everything. The perfect place for an Instrian holiday with a group!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Villa Magnolia. The premises is beautiful, clean, in a great location, with everything one could need and more. The host(ess), Sylvija and her daughter, Maja, were always responsive and helpful; they helped to make the stay even more enjoyable. We all (there were 6 of us) felt at home and blessed to be in such a wonderful home.
