Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und befindet sich im EG, mit allem sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war wirklich exzellent sauber. Wir freuten uns bei der Ankunft über wohlige Zusatzausstattungen, wie eine kleine gekühlte Grundversorgung, außerdem eine Flasche Prosecco, einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen…. nicht zu vergessen die Kosmetiktücher, Duschbad. Einfach toll! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, vertrauensvoll und hilfreich mit Tipps zu z. B. Unternehmungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine sehr fürsorgliche Vermieterin, der ein angenehmer Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt, kommen gerne wieder.

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

Robert und seine Frau waren sehr gastfreundlich, sie sprechen slowenisch, kroatisch und englisch, was die Kommunikation erleichtert. Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich und idyllisch sowie ruhig gelegen. Die Abende auf der Terrasse sind wunderschön und bleiben uns noch lange in Erinnerung. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sodass man dort auch gerne Zeit verbringt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Grazie mille. semplicemente fantastico. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr geräumig und in einem Topf-Zustand. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, sowie eine große Küche mit Tisch und ein Badezimmer mit bodengleicher Dusche. Klimaanlage kühlt zudem auch sehr gut. Dann ist noch der fantastische Garten hervorzuheben mit der Outdoor Küche und Sitzmöglichkeiten und ganz viel Grün und Blumen und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Roberta und Lino hatten stets wunderbare Tipps. Check-in und Check-out ist flexibel gestaltbar. Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage. Roberta und Lino leben in der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Am letzen Abend wurden wir mit einem Umtrunk und Pizza verabschiedet. Ein traumhafter Urlaub bei wunderbaren Gastgeber ging so zu Ende. herzlichen Dank für alles.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you to the amazing hosts for your kindness and hospitality :) Do not hesitate to book this place you won't regret it.

Wir waren für eine Hochzeit in der Gegend. Die Unterkunft von Marta und Aniello ist super gelegen, sehr sauber, top ausgestattet (Bügeleisen, Föhn), und wir durften auch im grossen Garten entspannen. Marta hat immer schnell reagiert und war für alle Fragen immer gut zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!

Such a Beautiful Apartment in a lovely location, Our hosts were so lovely and made sure everything was perfect for us. They even gave us a later check out ! Definitely would love to visit this Apartment again !! 😃

Super location and responsiveness from the host. The unit was very close to the Gallo Loredan bus stop to access Lido and the Vaporetto port on Lido to travel to Venice easily. The beach is only a short walk away. There is great AC located in each of the bedrooms.

Sandro und Kristina haben uns sehr gut empfangen. Unterkunft war sehr sauber/wie auf den Fotos und in guter Lage. Strand war zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen:)

Trovare l'appartamento è stato molto semplice. Siamo stati accolti da Giuseppe e Paola, padroni di casa molto gentili e interessanti, e il check-in è stato rapido. Si tratta di un piccolo appartamento accogliente con una cucina-soggiorno e una camera da letto separata. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. La cucina aveva tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare e piccole cose importanti come sale, pepe, zucchero e così via. All'arrivo abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di avere una bottiglia d'acqua fredda dal frigorifero perché faceva molto caldo. C'è anche un piccolo patio dove ci si può sedere con una tazza di caffè. La pulizia dell'appartamento è perfetta. Un grande vantaggio per noi è stata la disponibilità di una lavatrice. L'appartamento è dotato di wifi e funziona benissimo. C'è un parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla casa. C'è un supermercato a cinque minuti a piedi dalla casa. Ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo qui!

Great place to stay right outside Venice just a quick 25 minute train stop from the island. The unit is super cute and clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Parking is very convenient. Host is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Meine Familie und ich waren nun das zweitemal bei Chiara und wir waren wiedermal begeistert. Für uns war es eine schöne Zeit dort. Die Unterkunft ist ideal, da das Meer und der Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, sowie auch Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt oder die Eisdiele. Das Appartement bietet alles was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt, jetzt sogar Luxus mit Spülmaschine :-) Chiara hat uns wiederholt herzlich Empfangen und ist da mit einem Rat, wenn man etwas braucht. Dies war nicht unser letzter Besuch bei ihr!

Nicole is the best host! Her place is spotless, quiet and the outdoor space was beautiful. We loved staying on Giudecca away from Venice crowds but with great things to do and great restaurants. We would recommend Nicole’s place to anyone.

A lovely apartment in a quieter area of the city. The street outside has the canal and plenty of local bars and restaurants. The terrace was perfect for our morning coffee or afternoon relax, pretty quiet overlooking rooftops. Walking distance to all the tourist spots, or easy to get to by water taxi. The apartment has lovely traditional decor and is clean and spacious. The only thing to consider is it is up 3 flights of stairs, and has very low ceilings / beams so may be difficult if you are tall. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Francesca

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einer wunderbar erhaltenen alten Villa, mehr italienisches Flair geht nicht. Liebevolle Details haben das Bild noch abgerundet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, auch ein kurzfristiger früherer Check-in wurde spontan möglich gemacht. Wir fühlten uns ausgezeichnet betreut, die Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Absolut empfehlenswert - Wir kommen gerne wieder!

這間房子非常舒服、乾淨又漂亮，空間寬敞，很適合多人一起來放鬆、旅行。屋內設備齊全，從廚房用具到生活用品都準備得很周到，住起來非常方便。屋主也非常親切熱情，不但主動聯繫確認入住細節，還貼心地推薦了許多在地好玩又好吃的地方，讓我們的行程更豐富。整體住宿體驗非常棒，很推薦！ 後院非常可愛！有私人停車場！

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Monica and Alessandro’s place exceeded our expectations even with the great photos and amenities. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at for a family of four. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable (+ great AC). A lovely private rooftop terrace overlooking the unique Venice cityscape. You could not ask for a better location for visiting Venice. We walked to the majority of our sightseeing destinations. Even so, a water taxi is just a few minutes away to see the rest of Venice which made for fun and easy excursions. We really appreciated Alessandro meeting us personally upon our arrival, helping to get us checked in, and explaining some of the rich history associated with the apartment that made our trip even more immersive. We also appreciated that Monica arranged our transfers from the train station when we arrived and then to the airport at departure. They were super responsive throughout our trip. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio così speciale!!

Great location and very nice place. Had to climb some stairs but we didn’t mind and that’s Italy! Host deserves more than 5 stars for communication, he was excellent. And he arranged an early 6:30am water taxi and chauffered Mercedes to the airport which was a great way to end our vacation leaving the island in style!

Le logement est spacieux et est situé à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la station d’autobus. Parfait pour visiter Venise. Rafaella était très sympathique et nous avons été très bien accueillis.
