We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. We had a wonderful stay at La Bandita! Debora is an amazing host who takes care of every detail. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts – wine, pasta, homemade jams – a true taste of Tuscany. The house is beautifully equipped: spices, oils, kitchen tools, ice cubes, even toothbrushes and soaps in the bathroom. Extra towels, cozy blankets, and everything we could possibly need were provided. The location is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan countryside. Breakfasts on the terrace with the panoramic view were unforgettable. Communication with Debora was excellent – she was kind, responsive, and made us feel at home. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated every moment spent there. La Bandita is a magical place, full of warmth and charm. We’d love to return one day – it felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Tuscan getaway. We'd love to come back!

A pleasant and peaceful stay. Special and evocative house, comfortable bed and large and nice terrace. We were accompanied by many cats in the country who made our stay even more pleasant. Caleb was very helpful, especially at early check-in.

We were consciously looking for a quiet home to relax for a few days - and found it at Teresa's! The very tasteful and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Two wonderful olive trees provide shade. Everything is very functionally furnished, without exaggerated luxury! The exchange and interaction with the landlady is extremely familiar. For a vacation for two - or even alone - we highly recommend the shell house!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all services and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, an excellent refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. Super-recommended address!!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

And that view 🤩 If you’re looking for a quiet environment to disconnect while enjoying nature and small medieval town walks (and taste good wines) this is the right place ! Ginevra is a very careful host, always looking to take care of you whatever happens, you will feel very supported !

Beatrice and Andrea were very kind, welcoming and helpful people. The space they provide for guests is truly excellent: an outdoor veranda where you can enjoy a great aperitif and a tasteful indoor space to be experienced. In short, they make you feel at home. In addition, they are super helpful, giving advice on food, nightclubs, calas and villages to visit in the surroundings of Casa Oikia. Giulia and I are very pleased to have chosen this place for our visit to the Argentario!

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

This place was magical. I fell asleep every night listening to the waterfall in the ravine. Town was a fairytale spot. I never got tired of exploring the beautiful, twisting old streets. Property was just as promised. Rikke went so far above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even arranging a money saving ride to the train station for me. Great experience!

The room's highlight is the panoramic view from the private terrace. Room as pictured. Small but well-structured. Fabrizio and Francesco were always very helpful in providing directions and in supporting check-in and check-out needs. The Scooter available for guests is a really useful service.

We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

Kerstin is a great host, super helpful, hospitable and very kind. His place is really formidable, very central, convenient to reach, free parking within walking distance. The light that floods the apartment and the tranquility of the area are magnificent. We want to leave now and spend another weekend in Tuscania. We'll be back soon 💜

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

Filippo was the best host to have. He and his family are the most kind people I interacted with throughout my entire trip to Italy. The space itself is just as it is listed, everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Being on the top floor of the complex gives a great view of the surorunding area and it was cool and breezy with the windows open. I could not have asked for a better experience and homebase for my travels.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. Francesca was exceptionally kind and provided us with many helpful recommendations about local attractions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

My friend and I were warmly welcomed and everything was shown and explained to us. We were allowed to use a wide variety of herbs and vegetables from the farm garden. We got fresh eggs and homemade olive oil. We were also allowed to taste the wine and bought a few bottles right away. The three farm dogs are sweet and we have taken them to heart. We were allowed to use the bicycles and Edoardo showed us the way to the park. All in all, the Agriturismo is highly recommended and we had a very nice time. Thank you!
