Poi abbiamo la camera matrimoniale, con televisore, WI-FI, divano-letto, ventilatore a soffitto e travi a vista. Servizio di pulizia professionale. The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large kitchen-living room with a small terrace overlooking the hills From summer 2025 our wine tasting will be available in the new garden and we have a young private chef for cooking class at home ,not in the weekend. Guests will park close the apartment,in the street 50 mt away.

Appartamento di nuova costruzione, su complesso residenziale, situato in zona tranquilla ma vicino alle attività di prima necessità e alla fermata dei Bus, il centro e il mare sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. completo di tutti i comfort, giardino ad uso esclusivo e posto auto privato all’interno della proprietà. Il mare dista circa 500 mt. con la presenza di spiagge libere o stabilimenti balneari.

Casa Vacanze a Monte Argentario

La casa a piano terreno affaccia su un terreno alberato con vista mare. Situata a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale del paese e 5 minuti dal porto, dove partono i traghetti per L isola del giglio. Vi sarà consegnato un tagliando con il quale potete parcheggiare in tutto il territorio comunale con grandi sconti, al massimo di 2€ per il giorno intero.

Appartamento centrale, vicino alla spiaggia

Edificio di recente costruzione, zona centrale, ben rifinito e confortevole, parcheggio al coperto . Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, a famiglie con bambini ed animali. Per chi è allergico agli acari sterilizzo le stanze con lampade UVC + Ozono, lo facevo già prima di Covid 19, ora a maggior ragione.
