"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

In addition to this, the apartment has high speed internet connection. It is located in a calm and nice residential area, just 20 meters from Ponent beach and Miramar Promenade. Moreover, Salou’s centre is 10 minutes from the apartment, as well as Salou’s port with a bus stop to go to Barcelona or Tarragona city.

TV 65'' y WIFI gratis. No se alquila a menores de 24 años de edad. Durante los meses de julio y agosto se alquila por semanas enteras y las entradas y salidas se realizan los sábados. No se admiten animales.

El apartamento ademas de ser moderno y bonito cuenta con todos los accesorios para estar a gusto. Tuvimos un detalle también de bienvenida, siempre hace ilusión. Las vistas no pueden ser mejores y las instalaciones del edificio igualmente. Estamos muy contentas con el lugar y el trato de Ander.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans 1 appartement tres propre et avec 1 vue magnifique sur mer et 1 tres beau lever de soleil. L'appartement correspond tout a fait aux photos. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Ramon’s communication was always excellent from day one of booking! There was 11 of us altogether and we found the apartment to be extremely suitable for what we needed. When there was a minor issue, Ramon was straight on it and solved within minutes. Really recommend this place for large groups, very central, lovely beach opposite! Would definitely book again!
