Holiday rentals in Port de Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

While the apartment itself is very easy to find, in order to get to the parking garage (if you rent a car) you will need to meet with Lucie to find it behind and underneath the building. She was very polite and patient to wait for us as while we had some trouble with our phones/GPS just after landing and coming from the airport. Overall I would give the location ten stars as it could not have a better view or be more perfect for accessing great restaurants, beaches and local attractions. The apartment is nicely redone and well stocked. We did notice a buzz sound intermittently in the air conditioner, and Lucie explained that this was the water pump (normal). Since we had just arrived from the US andl trying to adjust our sleep schedule, we left if off at night. However, as mentioned in the other reviews, if you leave the windows and doors open at night for a breeze, it seems that a nearby restaurant/bar stays open late so you will hear people laughing and singing until late night.

Maud's home is so cozy and has a familial feel to it. Everything was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. She was very responsive and helpful during the checkin process and finding somewhere to park. Thank you again for assisting us with the dinner reservation!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay in St Jean Cap Ferrat. The location of the apartment is ideal - you can walk to the more busy part of town with restaurants and shops in less than 10 minutes, but the apartment itself feels very tucked away. It was mostly very quiet, except for the weekday mornings when construction was going on next door. Not a huge deal for us. The fact that it has air conditioning was a huge plus too! There are so many beautiful spots to visit on the Cap that we wish we could’ve stayed another 5 days. What an incredible place.

My husband and I knew we wanted to stay In Villafranche with a view of the water as we day tripped the region. Astrid’s place did not have reviews yet and we were concerned but saw the view, apartment and Cindy their agent was so quick to respond, we booked it. We just left after a magnificent week with a sad heart. The location in Villafranche is to perfection, only a few steps up from the street to the most spectacular view in a truly modern but warm apartment. The shower was amazing, the large bed very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities one would need. We made coffee each morning, coffee pods/grounds were supplied. We picked up a fresh chocolate croissant at the local market and sat on this out of a movie terrace staring at the calmness of the bay filled with yachts, boats, the beach and local swimmers, pure magic! This apartment has its own back entrance to the Villafranche train making it so easy to travel everywhere. Wonderful town, restaurants, people. BOOK IT!!!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich schön. Auch wenn die umliegenden Restaurants nur bis 0Uhr geöffnet haben und es Abends kaum etwas zu erleben gibt, ist gegenüber direkt der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestation, mit der man Anbindung hat. Und die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Es war sauber, schön eingerichtet und der Blick aufs Meer ist so so schön. Empfehlung!!!

super schöne Lage und toller Blick vom Schlafzimmer aus. Freundliches lichtdurchflutetes und geräumiges Apartment. Küche war super ausgestattet und alles tip top sauber. Es hat uns super gefallen.

Where do I begin, the whole place was amazing and we will be back again! It is now my new favourite place to stay. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. There’s also a train station near by to travel through the towns if you are moving about. The boho decor was to die for I loved everhthing. The host was very responsive to all our questions even the silly ones ha. I HIGHLY recommend to stay, you won’t regret it :)

We had a great stay at Tamsin and Christian's place. The host met us outside the AirBnB so we had no issues finding it, gave us a tour of the apartment, and provided some great restaurant recommendations. Place was spotless and just as pictured. Location was excellent - we did the waterfront walk from Cap Ferrat to Beaulieu Sur Mer, which starts right by the apartment, at least twice a day! So convenient to get to Beaulieu to catch trains to other cities around the French Riviera. When we temporarily misplaced a set of keys as well, the hosts were very quick to respond and incredibly kind about the situation. Definitely stay here!
