Beachfront holiday rentals in Port de Pollença

This is a great place to stay, We have stayed in 4 properties in Can Singala and we like this one the most, No pool is good for us, we have a 5 year old who would be for ever falling in. If you want the use of a pool turn right out of the estate and 100mtrs on the left is a hotel that you can use there pool. Or just 2 min and you are at the sea with the lovely Pine Walk into the town. The property is furnished very well it also has every thing that you would need for your holiday, the owner is very friendly and you can tell he is very proud of his propriety. We will return time and time again. Thankyou for a great stay.

Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert. Die Ausstattung ist super und bei Problemen bekommt man direkt von Mar&Joan eine Antwort. Der Strand ist wie auf den Bildern direkt erreichbar und sehr schön. Fußläufig ist ein Laden, der alles nötige hat mit einem sehr netten Ladenbesitzer!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Catherine is such a helpful, responsive and excellent host . Would 100% staying at the accommodation. In a fantastic position close to beach and restaurants. Local recommendations provided and check in and out very easy . It also felt like a home . Thanks Catherine- we all loved it .

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Die Küche super ausgestattet. Schattige Terrassen. Nachts total ruhig. Für die Kinder viel Strandspielzeug (Schaufeln, Kübel, Bälle, Frisbee, kleines Surfbrett, usw.) Gerne wieder:)

Excellent séjour, l’appartement est idéalement situé très près de la plage et à 5 min à pied des restaurants. Il est également très bien équipé avec notamment des matelas de grande qualité et une grande tv. La résidence est très calme, les voisins gentils, et la place de parking privée est un vrai avantage même si l’on peut se garer facilement dans la rue. La communication avec Maria était très facile ainsi que l’arrivée et le départ du logement. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande absolument !!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår resa och det fina boendet. Cristobal Bortas var en god värd som tog emot när vi kom till boendet. Vi har bott 2vuxna samt våra barn på 16, 14 och 10 år. Alla har trivts bra. Vi rekommenderar detta boende till andra som vill ut och resa.

Great apartment very central and close to all amenities. we had a great week cycling. The kitchen was well equipped and there were some nice welcome items left for us.

Très bon logement Matelas super confortables Logement Sur la plage Vue époustouflante sur la plage et la piscine. Piscine non chauffée (impossible d’y aller pour nous) mais elle sera incroyable cet été car très grande avec vue sur la plage et de tres nombreux transats. Terasse petite mais suffisante (pas de chaise longue). Tout était parfait sauf qu’il n’y a Pas suffisamment d’eau chaude pour se doucher à trois le matin. Il a fallu s’organiser. C’est dommage au vu des autres prestations et du prix. Sinon c’était paradisiaque. Je recommande le lieu. La ville est sympa et l’emplacement est calme en avril. Proche de tout. La cuisine est pratique et bien équipé (four,plaque, frigo, congélateur). C’est un détail mais si j’ai un conseil je signale qu’il manque cependant un plat ou une plaque pour le four et qu’il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle (pas gênant pour nous mais peut l’être pour certains voyageurs). Il manque également des serrures aux portes pour les toilettes et la salle de bain

Blanca est une hôte très amicale et très réactive face a différents soucis lors de notre séjour (La serrure de la porte d’entrée est assez difficile et la sonnette du portillon en panne, les petits carreaux de la piscine tombent un à un) Si je peux faire une remarque sur la chambre parentale qui est magnifique, j’aurais aimé un linge de lit plus soigné et que les pommeaux de douches de la salle de bain est plus de débit. Je regrette le manque d’intimité dans toutes les salles de bains et toilettes de la maison car aucunes ne se ferment à clés. Pour le reste rien à dire, la maison est très bien équipée, propre et une mention spéciale pour la réactivité de blanca

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’environnement est calme et reposant, parfait pour se détendre entre amis. La plage est facilement accessible à pied en seulement 200 mètres, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le logement est très propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. À notre arrivée, tout était impeccable : le linge de maison sentait particulièrement bon. La literie est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, et nous avons apprécié la terrasse pour nos petits déjeuners. La vue donne sur la rue et un hôtel mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. La communication avec l’hôte a été simple et rapide. Le logement offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, notamment grâce à sa proximité avec la plage, son confort et son emplacement paisible, à l’écart de l’agitation du centre de Palma. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente !

We went with our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons (nearly 4 and just 1). Our objective was to introduce them to the pool and beach and have as relaxing time as possible with 2 infants! We achieved all these as the Villa was very spacious, we all loved it. It is very peaceful with lovely views. The pool is the standout feature, good size, beautifully kept, peaceful and in a lovely setting. The main beach is just a short 10min walk away with lovely sand and great for the children. Cala Vincente is a quiet resort with limited shops so a visit to Lidl for more supplies was necessary to feed everyone. You will need to be fit as going up and down all the steps scan be quite challenging. So be prepared if you have toddlers. Fernando was very quick to respond to all our questions - thank you.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Me halojé en muchos Airb&b y Paco fue sin dudas el mejor anfitrión que conocí. Te recibe él mismo, es muy servicial, muy generoso en cada detalle y te espera con un set de bienvenida para las cosas fundamentales de la casa. La casa está muy bien ubicada, en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de Alcudia. Está sobre el mar y un regalo especial, en junio se puede ver el sol caer sobre el mar y las montañas desde su galería. Nos hospedamos 8 pasajeros y la casa fue perfecta para nosotros, muy completa la cocina y con 3 baños completos. Teníamos 2 coches y los pudimos aparcar en la casa. Sin duda volveremos Gracias Paco!

The photos look great, but this place is even more stunning when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and spacious, the balcony view is simply stunning and you have everything you need on the doorstep. The host was great for recommendations too

We have had a fantastic stay at Tesa’s place - it is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Puerto Pollenca. The interior is beautifully decorated and spacious, with new bathrooms. The balcony has amazing views of the sea. The location is ideal for walking along the Pinewalk. Tesa is a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful. She deals with any questions quickly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We will definitely be coming back here next year!

Accueillis par le chaleureux sourire de Stéphanie, nous avons trouvé un appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. Situation idéale entre mer et montagne, au calme, l'appartement est propre, spacieux et bien équipé. La salle de bain a été rénovée avec douche à l'italienne. Très belle terrasse et surtout localisation à moins d'une minute du bord de mer et de sa très belle promenade. Stéphanie nous a donné toutes les informations utiles adaptées à nos préférences pour un bon séjour dans la région et a été flexible pour notre horaire de départ. Grand merci à elle pour cet excellent séjour, son souci de qualité du service rendu et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Me and my mom spent a week in this apartment and couldn’t be happier! Very easy check in and great instructions on parking and supermarkets. In the nicest area of the port, very nice restaurants but still quiet in the evening. Highly recommended ✨✨✨

The view is spectacular with the beach right there and the house is lovely and clean. Located is just brilliant, I would stay again and recommend this lovely house!

Hola!! La comunicación con Rafael y Elena, es excelente. Llegando a la fecha de la estadía, me fueron enviando la información precisa para llegar al lugar. Incluidos mapas y fotos. Lo que nos fue de suma utilidad! El check in, fue muy fácil de realizar. Lo que tengo que decir del dpto son todas cosas lindas, ya que se nota que está hecho con mucho amor, en cada uno de sus detalles, todo combina con todo. De hecho te reciben con una bandeja llena de mimos para el alma… bombones, galletas, jugo y hasta vino! Los ambientes son muy cómodos, sobre todo los cuartos, que en cada uno tiene un lugar de guardado. Un lavadero que facilita mucho la estadía, cocina amplia y completa, el living ideal para que todo el mundo esté cómodo, un balcón terraza, donde se comparten momentos únicos, la salida a la playa, directamente desde el complejo, es un placer y lo mejor de lo mejor…la vista que ofrece a la playa de Alcudia desde todos los ambientes!! Si buscan Paz, es ahí!Encontré mi lugar en mundo?
