Holiday rentals with beach access in Port de Pollença

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. We’ve certainly enjoyed our stay, the apartment has been excellent. The communication throughout the booking process, prior und during our arrival was very smooth and you’ve got detailed responses in a timely, friendly manner. When we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely basket containing some local specialities and nibbles, a nice touch. The flat itself was like described, clean and comfortable. The location - we were familiar with the area beforehand - is in a rather quiet neighbourhood, located near the pinewalk area. Marvellous. We’d stay there again!

Beautiful apartment in a magnificent location. A very short stroll to the restaurants and shops with little beaches right outside. The views from the balcony were outstanding and we often ate out there. I’m a keen cook and another stand out from this place is how well stocked with equipment the kitchen is, it’s got everything you need. Loads of thoughtful touches here, right down to the beach towels and deck chairs. Highly recommend!

Very nice house in a prime location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week. Separate electricity billing very transparent and reasonable. Raquel was available at any time. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That means microwave radiation 24/7! Personally, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlord, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building services... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrill that you actually cannot sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. You can't even hear the pool pump in the basement garage. Great! It was not possible to determine why a water pump must be so loud that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden line has a leak, and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

Manuel provided lots of information regarding location/access. He also shared lots of restaurant recommendations, some hiking information and suggestions about things to do. Always very helpful and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was good.

1000% would come stay at Pacos home again. It was an absolutely gorgeous house in an equally gorgeous location. Paco was very communicative and offered great suggestions for restaurants nearby. He even brought us a local delicacy for breakfast on our last full day. The house was pristine and had all the amenities you could ask for. Everything was perfect and we cannot wait to return!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Quite possibly the most gorgeous AirBNB I have ever stayed at... my group of friends and I enjoyed a short trip to Majorca and felt right at home at Juan's casa. It was perfectly close enough to town that we could eat out, but also quiet and intimate enough with all the cooking utensils we needed to set a charming dinner out in the patio at sunset. This place made memories I'll never forget~

We were a group of four friends staying for a week at Villa Ca Na Pomara, bringing our bikes along for the trip. From start to finish, communication was excellent — I always received quick and helpful replies to any questions. The villa was lovely and had everything we needed. The washing machine was especially useful for cleaning our sports clothes after our rides. During our stay, the dishwasher unfortunately broke down — but someone came by to fix it within just a few hours, even though it was a Sunday! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and I truly appreciated the friendly and reliable contact with María.

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be as good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were cordial and left many things in our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It is comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and two small children). With respect to the location, it is comfortable for walking to the downtown area of Can Picafort, and 3 minutes walk from the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 meters from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely return and strongly recommend this accommodation. Everything was perfect! Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

Had a lovely stay at Can Content. Catalina was super responsive and helpful for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Local restaurants are a short walk away and was ideal for our race with quick local taxis.

Me and my friends visited Mallorca for a weekend as we were studying abroad in Barcelona, and thought this could be a nice opportunity to get away from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Alcudia at Marti's home. Marti was very friendly and helpful, he provided us with an a list of activities, restaurants, and places to visit. The house was equipped with all the appliances needed to have a comfortable stay that made us feel right at home. Overall the experience was terrific, I would definitely try and stay here again the next time I visit Alcudia.

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

Lovely apartment in a great location

Very responsive owner. Excellent location.

Eva's place is well maintained and clean. The apartment looks bright and friendly and everything is tidy. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well in them. Eva provided us with a baby cot as well as a high chair for free. The equipment in the kitchen was sufficiently available. Our kids loved the bathtub in the bathroom. We also found it good that both bathrooms were daylight baths and could thus be ventilated with fresh air with the window open. Eva addressed inquiries on our part directly and quickly. We spent a total of two beautiful weeks in Port de Pollenca at Eva's place.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. Welcomed by Stéphanie's warm smile, we found an apartment that was completely in line with the description. Ideal location between sea and mountain, quiet, the apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom has been renovated with a walk-in shower. Very nice terrace and especially location less than a minute from the seaside and its very nice promenade. Stéphanie gave us all the useful information adapted to our preferences for a good stay in the region and was flexible with our departure schedule. Many thanks to her for this excellent stay, her concern for the quality of the service provided and her kindness. We'll be happy to go back.
